The Manticore Trigger Assembly for Ruger® 10/22® is a next level, drop-in upgrade! This carefully designed and precision machined housing fully transforms the shooting experience of your favorite rimfire rifle or charger pistol. TANDEMKROSS’S aluminum trigger housing is lightweight and durable.
The Manticore comes out of the box with all the following parts pre-installed:

In myth, the Manticore is a fearsome creature composed of the head of a man, body of a lion, a venomous tail, and sometimes even wings. Similarly, this all-in-one upgrade is a fully comprehensive assembly ready to turn your 10/22® into the stuff of legend.
If you are familiar with TANDEMKROSS, then you likely already know all about the Fireswitch, Bolt Keeper, and Ultimate Trigger Kit. However, the Manticore brings all of them together while also introducing a few new features!
The Ultimate Trigger Kit—famous for a clean, crisp, repeatable 2–2 1⁄2 lb trigger pull—has always been adjustable for over travel. Thanks to the machined Manticore housing, the Victory Trigger is adjustable for pre- and post-travel!
Every Manticore leaves TANDEMKROSS with a 3–3 1⁄2 lb trigger pull for a safe, happy medium. Before installing your new and improved trigger assembly into your firearm, you can increase or decrease your trigger pull weight with the turn of a single screw! Now, installed in the Manticore housing, the Ultimate Trigger Kit is adjustable for trigger pull weight ranging from 2–2 1⁄2 lbs to +5lbs!
While adding weight may seem counterintuitive to some, there are in fact a number of competitive leagues that have mandatory minimum pull-weights. Additionally, slightly higher pull weights can be especially helpful when training new or young shooters to ensure every trigger pull is an intentional one.
The Cornerstone Rotary Safety for the Ruger® 10/22® is also a brand new part from TANDEMKROSS. This safety takes the cross bolt, push button safety and replaces it with a fully ambidextrous toggle switch safety, similar to that on an AR-style firearm.
With the enhanced controls included in the Manticore Trigger Assembly, your shooting hand never has to come off of your firearm to perform any number of typical tasks or drills. When using the fully ambidextrous rotary safety, both right- and left-handed shooters can toggle their rifle from being ready to fire to safe and back again without ever having to leave a ready position. The bi-directional extended magazine release also expedites magazine changes and the Bolt Keeper not only simplifies locking the bolt back, but streamlines releasing and racking the bolt as well!
This fully #TANDEMIZED assembly is made of both lightweight and highly durable aluminum and features a sharp, black anodized finish. The pre-installed parts and accessories also come in your choice of anodized black to match, or red for intense highlights. Adding to the Manticore’s unique appearance, at the top, front most corner of the trigger guard is an index point or Starting Block for a safe, memorable place to rest your trigger finger when preparing to fire. Gloved and large hands will also have no problem feeling right at home in the enlarged trigger guard specially designed with them in mind.

IMPORTANT: Mount your Manticore trigger assembly to a receiver before pulling the trigger. Pulling the trigger prior to installation may result in damage to the product or lost parts caused by springs under tension. Trigger pull weight is adjustable by the user. Travel adjustments can directly impact reliability if done incorrectly. TANDEMKROSS recommends adjustments be completed by a qualified gunsmith.
COMPATIBILITY NOTE: For reliable trigger reset and cycling, TANDEMKROSS recommends using barrels with at least 8" of rifling or more on 10/22® style firearms. This product is not compatible with Tactical Solutions® X-Ring Receiver*.

Good trigger
Definitely better than the stock trigger. Good pull, nice reset. The bolt hold back is also an improvement over the stock item. Two downsides, fairly minor. First, having to remove the safeties for field stripping is bothersome. Secondly, as I use this gun for steel competition where speed is critical, I found it too easy to accidentally catch and engage the safety when moving my finger from alongside the stock to the trigger. I've adapted my grip and am overcoming it, but it did cost me a few seconds the first few times I used it. Overall, no serious regrests. It's a good trigger.

Second to none.
I've had the privilege of building several 10/22 from the ground up, and while this package eliminates the customization part, it is all-inclusive. Unless you plan on mix-matching colors or aren't a fan of their other amazing products, this is the ultimate bundle. I haven't had a chance to take this particular build to the range but the feel and looks are solid. Quality of this piece is 10 outta 10.

Valuable upgrade
I shoot lefty and had been waiting for a 10/22 trigger with a safety that was either reversible or did not use the button. This trigger group is the perfect solution. The oversized mag release and bolt stop are both big improvements to the original design. It appears very well made from high quality components and the customer service from these folks is second to none. I had a slight fitment issue and they sent out a revised part immediately that solved the problem.

Having bought into the Kraken two times over, I had become impressed with the take Tandemkross has on the Ruger experience. When I saw the Manticore, I immediately purchased it and dropped it into one of my favorite 10-22s, expecting much the same feel and crisp quality that the Krakens exude. I was right to expect that. Even unboxing it from the padded box (with adjustment tools included, thank you Tandemkross) was an event. I have three other makes of high grade triggers in my seven 10-22s and this Manticore is a new cut above. That cross-hatched grippy texture of the straight wall trigger itself provides a great feel and that extended bolt release is just fantastic. Unfortunately, I am left handed and don't like it, but this Manticore makes it easier to be left-handed than any other trigger I have tried. I truly love this new trigger. If you are on the fence between two or more other triggers you can buy for the 10-22, try this one first.

I was excited to this upgrade. Shipping time was reasonable. My first attempt to install this was a head scratcher! It's supposed to be a "drop-in". Well, that didn't happen. After searching online and coming up empty (being a new issue, there really was nothing available),I emailed TK and the next day for the info I needed! While I can't understand why this info wasn't supplied with the product, some will say the install procedure should be obvious. Regardless, after learning "The Secret" , the install went smoothly. The factory reset on this trigger is really nice!

new trigger
Just received this trigger this morning. Finally figured out to take the safety lever and the bolt hold open lever off to install. Probably took me three times as long till I figured it out. That's my fault the flat trigger is a dream and the bolt hold open design is just great Will Probably be ordering another one for another build some time in the future. Tandem Kross really does make good guns great.
