Shipping Policy
Handling Times:
Orders received before 12:00PM EST Tuesday through Friday will be processed, packed and shipped the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Monday and on Federal Holidays will be processed, packed and shipped the following business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or most holidays. These orders will ship the following business day. Because of this, Mondays are a very busy shipping day for us and we will get all orders out as quickly as we can.
Shipping Rates:
TANDEMKROSS, LLC ships via the United States Post Office. If USPS does not deliver to your preferred shipping location, we can ship UPS as well. Please call us to place your order and we will charge you the actual UPS shipping rate.
Default shipping rate on our webpage is First Class Mail. First Class Mail delivery times is generally 4 - 5 business days. At checkout, you may also select USPS Priority Mail Upgrade Shipping for an increased rate. Priority Mail shipping is generally 2-3 business days. Please note, the shipping rate you select is the speed at which USPS will deliver and does not mean your order will be processed any faster. Orders are packed up in the order in which they are received.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by TANDEMKROSS, LLC or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by USPS handling times or product availability.
