Handling and Processing
TANDEMKROSS aims to have orders ready to ship within one (1) business day of the order being placed when possible. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (Saturday or Sunday), or most holidays.
Customers must verify that their orders’ contents and billing and shipping addresses are correct before checking out. Orders CANNOT be altered or canceled once they are placed.
For product questions, please contact Customer Service prior to placing your order. TANDEMKROSS reserves the right to cancel an order or any of its components for any reason.
Shipping
TANDEMKROSS offers multiple shipping rates and mail courier options where and when possible. The shipping rate selected will NOT expedite order processing as all orders are processed in the order they were received.
Delivery timeframes listed at checkout are estimates provided by the selected courier and are NOT guaranteed by TANDEMKROSS.
TANDEMKROSS will NOT hold a shipment to be released at a later date and CANNOT change delivery dates or addresses. TANDEMKROSS also does NOT have access to any additional tracking information beyond what is already provided to the recipient by the selected courier. TANDEMKROSS also does not have the ability to influence the delivery location or speed after the order is in the hands of the selected courier.
TANDEMKROSS is not liable or able to provide additional information for any packages delayed, lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit. Please contact your selected mail courier for package or delivery updates.
Should a package be “return to sender”, TANDEMKROSS may refund the order (minus the cost of shipping) or attempt to resend the order once the new shipping rate is paid for by the customer. TANDEMKROSS is NOT responsible for packages that fail to be received due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
Please note, the shipping rate you select is the estimated rate at which the courier will deliver your package. It does NOT mean your order will be processed sooner. Orders are processed in the order they are received. If you need a product by a specific time (i.e. upcoming competition, birthday, holiday, etc), we highly recommend you err on the side of caution and order well ahead of time to compensate for any potential delays caused by courier handling times, product availability, etc. TANDEMKROSS does NOT guarantee when packages will arrive. Any shipping or transit times offered by TANDEMKROSS or other parties are estimates and are subject to change.
Domestic Orders
Please contact the selected mail courier for updates or additional information on packages that have not been received by their originally estimated delivery date.
In the event that a package has not been received seven (7) or more business days after the estimated delivery date, the mail courier is unable to locate the package, and the tracking number has not shown any new updates within the same seven days after the estimated delivery date, contact TANDEMKROSS Customer Service.
If the package is marked as delivered, but has not been received, please contact the selected courier. If the mail courier is unable to recover or locate the package, then please contact TANDEMKROSS Customer Service.
International Orders
TANDEMKROSS is unable to ship items for orders with domestic shipping addresses and foreign billing addresses. Orders placed with an international billing address MUST be shipped in accordance with our International Shipping and Sales Terms and Conditions.
TANDEMKROSS is responsible for packages’ clearance through United States Customs. International customers are responsible for all costs in their country and for clearing the consignment through Customs in their country. TANDEMKROSS is not responsible for deliveries that cannot be completed for any reason or for delays in delivery after presenting the package to the carrier. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once we deliver the package to the carrier.
If actual shipping charges are greater than the amount previously applied, the customer is responsible for the remainder. If actual charges are less than the amount TANDEMKROSS has charged, we will refund the owed difference to the customer.
The tracking link provided by the initial courier may cease to update once the package has left the United States. To continue to view the tracking information, please contact your nation’s domestic mail carrier (i.e. Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc).
Please permit for a longer than typical delivery window for your order to successfully go through Customs. This process may take as long as eight to ten (8–10) weeks.
All Customers
Any and all items shipped to TANDEMKROSS without written authorization from TANDEMKROSS Customer Service may be returned to the original sender at the sender’s expense.
