The Bolt Keeper Extended Bolt Lock for Ruger® 10/22® is designed to improve the bolt lock back function by offering an extended and widened profile.
Simplifying the bolt lock operation, the Bolt Keeper Extended Bolt Lock for Ruger® 10/22® will allow the user to easily find the bolt lock by feel with either hand from either side of the gun.
Once installed, the Bolt Keeper will also allow the operator to release the bolt in a slingshot motion by pulling back slightly on the bolt handle and the bolt simply releases.
A must have for any serious 10/22® owner!

Must-have with TK mag release
Factory lever was virtually useless after adding extended magazine release. This item solves the issue and is a big improvement over factory lever. Fairly easy install. Your instructional videos are great.

Works great
This is great for locking the bolt open, works as advertised, and it makes the single downside to a 10/22 disappear. I just wish the tab part of the bolt lock had a longer screw. I feel like I'm going to have to check it's tightness throughout a range trip

Good option for the 10/22 bolt lock
It's a sound, quality, product. It's easy to install as long as instructions are followed. It does add an extra step when disassembling your 10/22. Plus, it would be a good idea to add a bit of loctite to prevent the knob from backing out.

Krossfire Bolt for 10/22
If you are only going to buy one upgrade for your 10/22, but this. The ability to "slingshot" the bolt is so nice. Both my 10/22's have this.
