The Bolt Keeper Extended Bolt Lock for Ruger® 10/22® is designed to improve the bolt lock back function by offering an extended and widened profile.
Simplifying the bolt lock operation, the Bolt Keeper Extended Bolt Lock for Ruger® 10/22® will allow the user to easily find the bolt lock by feel with either hand from either side of the gun.
Once installed, the Bolt Keeper will also allow the operator to release the bolt in a slingshot motion by pulling back slightly on the bolt handle and the bolt simply releases.
A must have for any serious 10/22® owner!

Must Have Upgrade
Perfect fit on Ruger 10/22. Functions as advertised and a must have addition. Simple to install. Locking the bolt and releasing is now a breeze. Don’t lock tight the knob as you have to remove it when disassembling for bolt cleaning.

Easy installation
I was pleasantly surprised how fairly simple installing bolt keeper bolt lock was. It's a huge improvement over the stock system. The cap on the end of the bolt lock makes it simple to lock the bolt back in place and releasing the bolt is how a rifle should function.

Bolt keeper for 10/22
This is my third one Had no issues with those but the Third one had to be replaced Because the plate had a slight bend in it. It caused it to do weird things Sent me a new one, problem solved. works great just like the others. When you produce as many parts as they do you are going to have a dud sometime. Gary
