The 10/22® is a legendary rifle but just like any other gun, it has its own annoyances. Releasing the bolt on a factory original Ruger® 10/22® requires the operator to manipulate the bolt lock with one hand while releasing the bolt with the other.
The TANDEMKROSS Guardian Bolt Release Plate eliminates this manual and tedious step. Once installed it enables the operator to release the bolt in an intuitive way by pulling back slightly on the bolt handle and the bolt simply releases. This part is a must have for any serious 10/22® owner.

It Works!
I put this plate in a BX trigger and I wondered how it worked because it didn t look much different than the stock plate. After a good receiver cleaning and multiple mods, I finally got it back together and got to try it out. It definitely works. No more fiddling with the bolt locking lever to release the bolt! :)

Well finished ,works well.Should have been a standard option on all Ruger 1022 triggers!

Great upgrade at reasonable cost WAY better than the factory bolt release. Once you have one, you'll want it on all your 10-22's

I have a ruger 10/22 and i purchased the tandemkross bolt relase it was easy to install and a very nice upgrade.

Bolt Release works!
This replacement piece does the trick. No need to finger fumble trying to manipulate the bolt release catch. Just pull back on the charging handle, turn it loose and let it fly. What a difference!

Liked this mod because it was drop in and smooth. I didn't have to get out the dremel to modify the factory one.
