The 10/22® is a legendary rifle but just like any other gun, it has its own annoyances. Releasing the bolt on a factory original Ruger® 10/22® requires the operator to manipulate the bolt lock with one hand while releasing the bolt with the other.

The TANDEMKROSS Guardian Bolt Release Plate eliminates this manual and tedious step. Once installed it enables the operator to release the bolt in an intuitive way by pulling back slightly on the bolt handle and the bolt simply releases. This part is a must have for any serious 10/22® owner.

    Excellent piece. Very handy especially when wearing gloves. Much easier than reaching past the extended mag release. Would highly recommend.

    Easy to install and worked as advertised. I have 2 Ruger 10/22 rifles and installed one in each of them.

    The functionality of this bolt release is 100% better than the stock dual action. In competition where time counts this piece turns a 2 handed job in to a 1 handed job. Excellent function, EZ install in less than 5 minutes, nothing to it w/instructions that are clear.

    Setting up a second 10/22 and this part did not seem to be as smooth in its release as my Volquartson.

    I've usually just filed down my OEM bolt release to get the "slingshot" effect. The last one I tried did not want to function correctly. I ordered this one from TK, and let's just say I won't be filing my own bolt releases in the future. This thing is smooth!
