"Guardian" Bolt Release Plate for 10/22
At a glance:
- Allows simple and automatic release of the bolt mechanism
- Black Oxide finish for super tough durability
- Drop in part: easy to install
The 10/22® is a legendary rifle but just like any other gun, it has its own annoyances. Releasing the bolt on a factory original Ruger® 10/22® requires the operator to manipulate the bolt lock with one hand while releasing the bolt with the other.
The TANDEMKROSS Guardian Bolt Release Plate eliminates this manual and tedious step. Once installed it enables the operator to release the bolt in an intuitive way by pulling back slightly on the bolt handle and the bolt simply releases. This part is a must have for any serious 10/22® owner.
Don't forget, all TANDEMKROSS products are Made in the USA and come with a LIFETIME guarantee!
10/22® is a registered trademark of the Ruger® Corporation.

How a bolt release is meant to work
Easy to install and easy to operate, since the bolt release now works as bolt releases were intended to work - A slight pull on the charging handle, releases the bolt. No more fiddling around with the small bolt catch. The Guardian Bolt Release is the perfect companion for the Tactical Solutions Extended Magazine Release.

must have item
Should be standard on all 10/22's. Installed as part of the 'Ultimate' trigger kit, so not many extra steps taken. Makes releasing the bolt after locking it back much easier. Plus it doesn't require you to use both hands to do so.

guardian bolt release
I don't understand why Ruger and the "other" rimfire specialists continue to use a version of the Ruger original Fumble Lock. This one works so much easier and simpler. Kudos to you, Tandemkross!
