The ejector in a Ruger® 10/22® or Ruger® 22 Charger™ trigger assembly is an important mechanical element, but it has room for improvement. This inexpensive and simple-to-install upgrade is just what you need to take your trigger assembly from good to great. 

On a factory Ruger® trigger assembly, the ejector is a small plate that can easily come out of position, especially during assembly and disassembly. If the ejector is out of position when the gun is put back together, you will only know that something is wrong when you attempt to operate the charging handle. The bolt will be prevented from opening all the way, and the only way to fix it is to disassemble the gun and correct the error. This can easily derail a day at the range, match, or small game hunting trip if you don’t have your tools handy. Our ejector solves this! Our ejector features a loop of steel on the rear. This portion of material will bump into the hammer and physically prevent the possibility of putting the gun back together with the ejector flipped backwards. 

This simple and effective upgrade also performs another important function. When the trigger assembly is removed from a 10/22®, pulling the trigger can cause the hammer spring assembly to launch out across the room and can also cause the hammer pin and hammer to fall out. With the Upgraded Ejector in your gun, this is also a thing of the past! If the hammer falls forward, it will stop on the back portion of the ejector, preventing the hammer from rotating far enough for parts to come out of the trigger pack. 

This part is compatible with standard Ruger polymer trigger assemblies and Ruger BX trigger assemblies. Additionally, this can be installed in TANDEMKROSS Manticore, Manticore LITE, and Manticore X trigger assemblies that do not already have this component.
