These are a must , just as the receiver Kross pins cuz they stay in place unlike the OEM pins that fall out when you don't expect it. I've used them in another 10/22 & I like them so much I'm back for more

TK Magazine Release Krosspins for Ruger 10/22
The first time I removed the Trigger assembly from the receiver in my new 10/22, the lower magazine release pin simply slid/fell out and ended up on the floor. The rifle had not even been fired yet. Not what I would expect from a Ruger Rifle. Ordered and replaced both pins with the TK Mag Release Krosspins and am much happier. The spring loaded ball detent keeps them in place perfectly. There is no sliding of the Krosspins unless I am pushing them out with a Pin and then only need hand pressure to press them out.
