    The bolt bar portion of the tool makes bolt extraction and insertion much easier, but the side pins for working with the extractor make this a must have for all 10/22 owners.

    I have always fought with the bolts and charging handle installs, until now. It is easier to use than they say it is. I now take the bolt out to clean every time I clean the barrel. If you don't have one of these it's your loss. Cheap and easy, doesn't get any better than that.

    Works like a dream, if you have big fingers this is a wonder tool for installing the recoil spring into the 10/22. The extractor part of the tool is great reduces the chance of the extractor spring from flying across the bench when you remove the extractor. Worth the cost

    Ruger 10/22 Bolt tool

    I thought I knew 10/22's, since I have owned at least 10 or 12 of them and currnetly have 6. But, I always had a bit of a problem getting the bolt to seat on top of the return spring etc. Well, this is the tool to get it done. It makes the job simple and easy. If you have a 10/22 and you like to maintain it, this is a tool you should have in your kit. You will learn to love it.
