The Bolt Keeper Extended Bolt Lock for Ruger® 10/22® is designed to improve the bolt lock back function by offering an extended and widened profile.
Simplifying the bolt lock operation, the Bolt Keeper Extended Bolt Lock for Ruger® 10/22® will allow the user to easily find the bolt lock by feel with either hand from either side of the gun.
Once installed, the Bolt Keeper will also allow the operator to release the bolt in a slingshot motion by pulling back slightly on the bolt handle and the bolt simply releases.

Nice Upgrade
I just added a Victory trigger to a BX-25 for my T/CR22, the bolt release plate on the stock T/CR stock trigger assembly is way different than Ruger s so I didn t try to put it in the BX-25 housing. Came to Tandemkross to order a bolt release plate and ended up with three of these for all of our 22 rifles!

Bolt Keeper
As Always TK has knocked it out of the Park with their Bolt Keeper. This makes it totally effortless on 10/22 rifles to lock the bolt back & Release it. Bolt Keeper also fixed the problem of not being able to push the bolt keeper in far enough to engage it after installing an extended Magazine release ( not TK's Mag Release). Thanks TandemKross for your Consistance in Making good guns GREAT!!!

Bolt Keeper
The hole to insert the pin is too small. I reamed it out with a 1/8 drill bit to get it to fit. Also, the video needs better lighting to get rid of the shadows. Black parts on a black receiver is difficult. Using a silver receiver would help all 10/22 videos.

I have a couple of speed steel 10/22's outfitted with the boltkeeper. Pro- effortless bolt hold actuation. Con- one extra step during takedown of the rifle.

Great Bolt Lock Upgrade
This is a must have upgrade for any 10/22. Even with my small hands, it's still difficult to fiddle with the stock switch. This upgrade makes it feel like every other rifle now: simply pull and release. And having the knob is a huge help to actually engage the bolt lock. Installation was simple, and the parts are quality. Definitely worth the upgrade

Should Have Done It Sooner
Cheap , easy to install, and works flawlessly. I should have done over a year ago when I first saw it. If you have a 10/22 it is a must have. Now I need to get the TK trigger kit to finish it out.
