I appreciate the concept and the pin when install does not fall out until you push it out. I at this time can't attest for it's durability as I've not have enough time to see.

Nice Solution
The very first time I pulled my 10/22 action from the stock pins went everywhere. I laid down the action to catch the pins from rolling off the table and the magazine release popped out. Well that was sure annoying. This pin along with the receiver pin makes handled the barreled action a much more pleasant experience.
