With my several (more than four) variations on the 10-22 these have become a requirement on every one of them. No more hunting on the floor for a pin that slips out on its own.

TK Magazine Release Krosspins for Ruger 10/22
The first time I removed the Trigger assembly from the receiver in my new 10/22, the lower magazine release pin simply slid/fell out and ended up on the floor. The rifle had not even been fired yet. Not what I would expect from a Ruger Rifle. Ordered and replaced both pins with the TK Mag Release Krosspins and am much happier. The spring loaded ball detent keeps them in place perfectly. There is no sliding of the Krosspins unless I am pushing them out with a Pin and then only need hand pressure to press them out.

Magazine krosspin
Just what I was looking for. I was tired of every time I took my trigger group out, the magazine Cross pin would fall out. And go bouncing across my bench. Not anymore. It holds in great now.
