    What does this mean?

Posted by Bob on 21st Nov 2017

The instructions in the video were most helpful. And the presentation was great. The fireswitch works as advertised. The shooter on the other hand is a little clumsy. I inadvertently tap the fireswitch now and again, the switch works just fine, the magazine falls out just like it should. I am getting familiar with it and we are getting along better.

Love this thing. The fact that you can push or pull is fantastic.

I like the fact that you contact rack the bolt without breaking loosing you cheek weld. Stay on target! Very good product. I recommend highly.

    Nice Addition

Posted by Scott Voth on 16th Jun 2017

I finally got my upgraded 10/22 to the range to test out the new additions. The extended release worked well but the magazines were a little tight and did not fall right out. It could be because it is a new gun and needs to loosen up a little or needs some lubrication. Wit this release there is no hunting for the button - it is right there.

Put this release on my wife's competition rifle & she likes it! That's all that really matters.

    Easy Installation

It only took a few minutes to install the Magazine Release. It works smoothly and helps get the magazine out of the weapon fast without having to look for the release.

Well i'ma not sure what to say other than I LOVE IT. My friend at the range said "Now that's the best part" I've seen you add to your Ruger 10/22. Everyone loves it and they don't have a Ruger 10/22.

    Bought it

Cool concept but does not work properly on my Ruger 10/22. Mags drop out or come loose just fine when pushing forward on the FireSwitch. Pulling it back, well, there is the rub. It only disengages about 2/3rds of the way needed to drop the mag. Have to pull hard and force the lever up to disengage fully and drop the mag. I have a Pike Arms Trigger group housing. It's CNC machined and very nice. Do not know if that is the big difference in the FireSwitch operation. A major bad point about this item is when the mag is fully seated the FireSwitch lever becomes loose and floppy. Just rattles about in normal mag in position. For me the FireSwitch is not confidence inspiring. Does not work as sold. To rattly loose and has just become a waste of money. Will be removing it and going back to a regular extended style mag release. Sorry but I did try it out. Just didn't work for me. Caveat Emptor.
