Essentiasl Maintenance Kit for Ruger Mark IV

Posted by Brian Duncombe on 7th Dec 2020

This seems to be a bit cheaper way of buying the individual parts. I immediately replaced the Hammer and Extractor and they work great. This now gives me my old original equipment as "backup" parts in case of problems. I have not used any of the springs yet but expect to.

    Ruger Mark 4 Target

    Posted by Trog2 on 25th Oct 2020

I was having a failure to eject and replaced the ejector, firing pin and spring with the TandemKross Essential Maintenance Kit and it completely corrected the problem. I noticed the old ejector had a worn corner the was hard to see without a magnifying glass. I have had no problems since and have fired about 220 rounds. The installation was a bit tricky but with the use of a strong magnet I was able to remove the old ejector. Great Product.

    Great upgrade

Posted by Kevin on 11th Oct 2020

Replaced both the extractor and firing pin in my Ruger Mark IV. Smooth shooting since replecement. Had a few misfires before the replacements, but 280 rds after, zero misfires or extractions with 3 brands of ammo (Winchester, Fiocci, CCI). Definitely recommend.

    Mark II Essential Maintenance Kit

Posted by Greg on 27th Aug 2020

I installed the complete kit on my 32 year old Mark II pistol and it’s made a huge difference over the old stock parts. All my ejected shells are in a nice tight group and no more light strikes. Great kit!

    Eagle’s Talon & Fire Starter

Posted by Michael on 18th Jul 2020

My Ruger 22/45 Lite used to be picky about which brand of ammo it would smoothly cycle. Now, it never fails to fire and always cycles anything I give it. One exception - subsonic rounds always fire but need manual ejection, but that’s to be expected. The parts were a joy to install and the experience went by much quicker than I expected.
