Shadow Mount #4
I just got my 4th MK IV so I got another Shadow Mount. That makes (4) MK IVs and a Shadow Mount for each. Yep, as far as I’m concerned they are great for mounting a red dot on a MK IV. Also, the installation is simple.

Shadow Mount V3.0
Well, I bought my 4th MK IV, a new blued Talo MK IV Hunter, so I bought my 4th Shadow Mount V3.0. These really are great red dot mounts for the MK IV and red dots make these pistols sooooooo accurate (even with 76 year old eyes).

Shadow mount V3.0
Worked great for lowering my red dot on a Ruger mark IV 22/45 lite so I had enough adjustment. My only wish is they had flat screws instead of tapered heads to make sure my site is perfectly aligned. Works as it should and there is no issues.

Shadow V3.0 for Ruger MKIV
The Shadow V3 is a great mount and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Its design makes it very versatile. Mine is used in the RMR configuration and it holds solidly. I followed the Tandemkross video for installation and was able to have it mounted pretty easily. I di have to reference a third party video that actually showed the easiest method for installation of the set screws that are used at the corners for this configuration. Maybe Tandemkross will update their already good video to make it the best. Like the other items I’ve purchased from TK, the Shadow V3 mount is a high quality product at a reasonable price. Order, ship, receipt was seamless. TK has great customer service, if I need support, I know it’s going to be there.

Shadow Mount for Red Dots
I have a Ruger MK IV Target, MK IV Hunter, and a MK IV Competition. I purchased a Shadow Mount for each. Need I say more?

Perfect fit
Made well. Fits the mark 4 perfectly. Did not fit the red dot perfectly. Placement lug holes minutly different. Still. It works.

Love the small footprint
I have the Shadow Mount v3 on all my Mark IVs with Holosun 407C's and it's a fantastic mount, with a very tidy footprint.

great mounting plate
I used this mount plate on my Mark IV 22/45 to lower the optic to bore distance and it works great! Easy to install the plate on the pistol and easy to install the optic on the plate. It makes a huge difference in using the red dot on the pistol. Mounting the optic on the factory pic rail made the optic feel very high from the bore axis and awkward to use the red dot. This plate made a world of difference.
