I installed the Eagle's Talon Extractor in place of the original extractor and saw the difference immediately, No stove pipes any more. I fired 10 rounds in 5 seconds and not one jam. The extractor tool comes in handy in the replacement and should be bought with the new extractor and as a bonus, you have a tool that will help you remove and replace the bolt.

Improved extraction
Easy installation made even easier by using my GUNSMITHER BOLT BAR AND EXTRACTOR TOOL that I purchased previously. My 10/22 was starting to get frequent stove pipes, but with this extractor I have seen a vast improvement in dependability.

Perfect Upgrade
This is what the stock 10/22 extractor should be. I was finding that I would have a failure to extract a few times per 50 rounds with the stock extractor. After doing some research online I found that the stock extractor can be at fault. For the price this is one of the best mods I've done on my rifle. I've run through 200-300 rounds at the range without a single failure to extract. This is a must have upgrade that will improve the reliability of your 10/22.
