The TaurusTX™ 22, the TANDEMKROSS Wingman +5 Magazine Bumpers are designed to increase your magazine’s capacity!
These bumpers extend the bottom of the magazine to allow for more grip and better handling. Even more importantly, the extended bumpers help with seating magazines securely into the pistol frame by providing extra material to “bump” them into a locked state.
From competition shooters to casual backyard plinkers, everyone can benefit from a two-pack of these simple-to-install upgrades.
The Wingman +5 Magazine Bumper for TaurusTX™ 22 also includes the upgraded magazine springs for reliable feeding and extended life!

- TaurusTX™ 22 (factory 10- and 16-round magazines will increase to 21 rounds)
- TaurusTX™ 22 Competition (factory 10- and 16-round magazines will increase to 21 rounds)
- TaurusTX™ 22 Compact (factory 10- and 13-round magazines will increase to 18 rounds)
- TaurusTX™ 22 Gen 2*
NOTE: 22-round magazines for the Gen 2 Taurus TX™ 22 are 16-round magazine bodies with a 6-round extension. Installing the TANDEMKROSS Wingman +5 Magazine Bumper will reduce the magazine capacity from 22 rounds to only 21.
IMPORTANT: Each order will include two base pads and magazine springs as to successfully upgrade two magazines. To properly install the Wingman, you must remove the follower button. This will render the Loading Tool and Lanyard NOT compatible with Wingman+5 Magazine Bumpers.

TandemCross +5 for TX22
I purchased two of these kits and used one kit to expand 2 of my 4 TX22 magazines. They were easy enough to install -- just watch out that the long replacement spring does not get kinked in the process. Also, FYI, this kit eliminates the button that is used to release spring tension when loading the magazine. I have not taken my TX22 to the range uet, but expect no problems.

Easy, worthwhile mag extensions
Incredibly easy to modify my TX22 mags. Took less than 5 minutes to upgrade 2 mags. Spring tension is a little tight to try to load 21 rounds. Holds 20 without any issues. Ran 60 rounds of inexpensive ammo through each mag with no issues.. As an added bonus, I like the way the mag extension feels when shooting.

Worked as advertised...messed up 2nd spring trying to close bottom cap...after few "corretive tries" it worked like a charm....both mags holding 20 rounds now!!

Wingman +5
I was able to get a Taurus TX22 Competition and plan to use it in steel challenge. Tandemkross has the "Wingman" +5 mag bumper. I was able to purchase the 4th mag so I bought 2 sets. After watching the video, I was able to install them. I went to the range just the other day. All worked GREAT. Thanks to Bill (Tandemkross, Making good guns great!)and Tandemkross, I now have 4 mags that can hold 21 rounds. GREAT JOB!

Increased magazine capacity
This is a very good way to take either your 10 or you're 16 round Taurus TX 22 magazine and add five more to it making it a 21 round magazine. I have had very good luck with this conversion and the magazines work very well.

Installation was relatively easy after I went on their site for instructions. Shipping was fast. Would have given it 5 stars but seems no instructions were included or I mis-placed them.
