The TaurusTX™ 22, the TANDEMKROSS Wingman +5 Magazine Bumpers are designed to increase your magazine’s capacity!
These bumpers extend the bottom of the magazine to allow for more grip and better handling. Even more importantly, the extended bumpers help with seating magazines securely into the pistol frame by providing extra material to “bump” them into a locked state.
From competition shooters to casual backyard plinkers, everyone can benefit from a two-pack of these simple-to-install upgrades.
The Wingman +5 Magazine Bumper for TaurusTX™ 22 also includes the upgraded magazine springs for reliable feeding and extended life!
Supported Models:
- TaurusTX™ 22 (factory 10- and 16-round magazines will increase to 21 rounds)
- TaurusTX™ 22 Competition (factory 10- and 16-round magazines will increase to 21 rounds)
- TaurusTX™ 22 Compact (factory 10- and 13-round magazines will increase to 18 rounds)
- TaurusTX™ 22 Gen 2*
NOTE: 22-round magazines for the Gen 2 Taurus TX™ 22 are 16-round magazine bodies with a 6-round extension. Installing the TANDEMKROSS Wingman +5 Magazine Bumper will reduce the magazine capacity from 22 rounds to only 21.
IMPORTANT: Each order will include two base pads and magazine springs as to successfully upgrade two magazines. To properly install the Wingman, you must remove the follower button. This will render the Loading Tool and Lanyard NOT compatible with Wingman+5 Magazine Bumpers.

This was the best thing I've yet bought for both my tx22 pistols they work flawlessly infact my magazines run better I think with these installed then they did before though I'm still only loading 20 rounds into the magazines but I've been told after they're broken in the last round will seat correctly 20 rounds works fine for my needs I got 4 of them and I'll be ordering a few more when I buy another tx22 here shortly this is a wonderful product it's a 10 out of 10

Works great. remember to remove the plastic piece in the spring bottom or it will only be plus 4.

Careful if you drop
I bought two sets of two of the Wingman +5 mag extensions. They worked well and I was able to get all 5 extra rounds into the mags. However you need to be very careful about dropping these when doing a mag exchange on a concrete floor they will pop off of the mag and break the mag at the same time. I compete in an indoor pistol competition and sometimes it calls for a mandatory mag exchange. If you do a speed exchange and drop these on the floor they always break the mag and parts go everywhere. I am not sure if this is a design flaw that could be fixed or if it is just what it is due to the design of the base mag itself. I love the idea but not this side effect. I think if the base was not hard plastic and had some cushioning it might hold up better. I think a good idea would be to create an all-metal mag and make it hold 20 rounds.

Slight problem, but overall great!
The only problem I really had was that one of the screw holes stripped way too easily, so there was a gap between the plate and body until I dropped some blue lock tight in. After that, they ve worked brilliantly, and I ve taken em to the range several times with minimal issues. On one magazine I do have the last round fail to load, but I have a magazine brush coming in to see if that helps solve that problem.

Wingman +5 for TX22
Everything fit togather without issues. Looks good with the TX22. 5th extra round does not load as of yet. Spring needs break in. Will update later. Great product for quality and price.
