The TaurusTX™ 22, the TANDEMKROSS Wingman +5 Magazine Bumpers are designed to increase your magazine’s capacity!
These bumpers extend the bottom of the magazine to allow for more grip and better handling. Even more importantly, the extended bumpers help with seating magazines securely into the pistol frame by providing extra material to “bump” them into a locked state.
From competition shooters to casual backyard plinkers, everyone can benefit from a two-pack of these simple-to-install upgrades.
The Wingman +5 Magazine Bumper for TaurusTX™ 22 also includes the upgraded magazine springs for reliable feeding and extended life!
Supported Models:
- TaurusTX™ 22 (factory 10- and 16-round magazines will increase to 21 rounds)
- TaurusTX™ 22 Competition (factory 10- and 16-round magazines will increase to 21 rounds)
- TaurusTX™ 22 Compact (factory 10- and 13-round magazines will increase to 18 rounds)
- TaurusTX™ 22 Gen 2*
NOTE: 22-round magazines for the Gen 2 Taurus TX™ 22 are 16-round magazine bodies with a 6-round extension. Installing the TANDEMKROSS Wingman +5 Magazine Bumper will reduce the magazine capacity from 22 rounds to only 21.
IMPORTANT: Each order will include two base pads and magazine springs as to successfully upgrade two magazines. To properly install the Wingman, you must remove the follower button. This will render the Loading Tool and Lanyard NOT compatible with Wingman+5 Magazine Bumpers.

The four Wingman kits purchased all included the recently added spacer, not shown in the instructions. These spacers proved problematic in the smooth operation of the follower in that they all suffered from an interference fit in numerous travel locations of the factory magazines. Using a miniature file, the minute flashing was removed, and the sharp 90 degree edges on the flat side of the spacers were rounded. This allowed the spacer to travel the full length of the magazine without 'sticking'. This kit was successfully installed in 10, 15, and 16 round factory magazines.

I have 6 10 round, and 2 15 round magazines for my Taurus TX22. With the Tandemkross Wingman +5 magazine bumpers I was able to convert all 8 into 21 round magazines. I am very happy and satisfied with this company and their custom products.

These extensions work perfectly and add 5 rounds to a 16 round magazine and worked for my 10 round magazine as well. I have to give Tandemkross an A+ for customer service. I will definitely purchase from them again

Used multiple times with no issues other than light hammer strikes common for the cheaper, bulk 22lr. Very easy , common sense to attach. Glad when product actually work nowadays to be honest. I did not use the shim thingy s that came in. Also, I used these on two 10 rounders I accidentally bought vs 16 rounders, should that be of question too. The polymer used really matches the gun as well. Maybe a thin ,rubber attachment or option on bottom of the mags base plate for grip and bounce protection is the only dig for any criticism I can come up with. Great product. Oh and no issues to fully load. If you have trouble, no offense, but less remote button pushing!! Unless medical issues of course!
