Twister Takedown
Nice knob Definitely 5 stars. FYI it does not work well on The Magpul Hunter X-22 chassis.

Works with Backpacker
The Takedown knob lets you tool-Lesley pulley your receiver out of a stock for adjustments, cleaning, etc. works great when you are building or modifying a rifle and in the testing process. This does work with the Magpul Backpacker.

Nice!!
I loved these. I have one for each of my 10/22 based firearms. They make break downs much easier. The titanium will never wear out.

Competitive shooter
Super light and makes take down of my rifle so much easier. Love it!

Best thing you will ever buy
This is by far the coolest idea ever. I absolutely love this take down screw. If your as anal as me and clean your gun every time you shoot it then this makes taking it apart a joke. I highly recommend this product

Handy part
The "Twister" is a really nice part, it allows the shooter to remove the action, trigger group and barrel from the stock without the need for tools. This is very important to the competitive shooter beacause the need to break down the gun for cleaning or repair at a moments notice may be needed.

Convenient
Received this yesterday and have to say it makes disassembly a lot easier. No more fumbling for an allen wrench which always seems to get lost. A little pricey though. I mean really, it could have been just plain old steel. Also if it were blued or black in would look less obvious. But at least it does do the job. Four stars for the price and color.

I'm with Joe...make it out of something cheaper and I'll buy one...love to have one but that is way to expensive. Thank you. Bill

No for Ruger "Takedown" Rifle
On my Ruger "10/22 Takedown" (like the close-up picture)I noted it impacted on the ring of the tension adjustment when screwed in firmly. On my older rifle it worked very nicely.
