Machined from billet aluminum and cerakoted in black, the new Ruger® MKIV™ 22/45™ Thumb Rest from Striplin Custom requires no permanent modification to the gun’s frame and installs in minutes.
The thumb ledge offers an ideal thumb placement for a secure two-handed grip and provides consistent hand positioning and helps to control muzzle flip. The thumb rest also includes a new trigger pin and front lug screw.

Thought I'd try this and it works well. Thumb falls naturally on it as I grip the gun. Almost to easy to install.

Just lovely
I had no where to rest my thumb now I'm happy it's all rested and my aim is 90% better 67% of the time. Seriously very nice product great job Striplin very nice product strongly recommended.

great item. had to careful how tight the screw is . too tight and the upper didn't want to go on and snap in.

this was a great add to my MK IV Tactical - Thumb Rest completes my upgrade and works perfectly with my ""hiveGrips" - your MK IV 22/45 Trigger Installation video was particularly useful in seeing how to "Use thumb rest and pin to push trigger pin out of the frame while holding the trigger pin retaining spring down with a small punch"
