This high quality 304 stainless steel bushing is made for high duty cycle shooting and replaces the Ruger® factory bushing allowing you to safely remove the magazine disconnect from the firearm. There are instructions on the internet showing the use of washers and other parts, but this is unreliable and unsafe! Use an actual part that is designed for the job. This bushing lets the hammer move properly and at the correct speed. You will be pleased with the fit and final result with this bushing. If you know how to clean this gun you can easily remove the disconnect. Removing the disconnect allows the magazines to fall free, allows them to seat properly and does allow the gun to fire with the magazine out for tactical competition and self-defense scenarios. Check to see if your state requires the magazine disconnect installed if the firearm is ever resold.

Well made and works perfectly
Does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is very well made and the hammer has no drag nor slop using this bushing. I am very pleased with the product quality and design and will definitely consider Tandem Kross again for my future Ruger customizations.

Thanks to a well done instructional video, the installation was very easy. The disconnect bushing is well made and fits perfectly. This modification has made ejection of the magazine quick without having to dig it out of the mag well.

Great Product!!
Simple solution to improve the only real flaw in the Mark III series guns. I easily installed the bushing in both my Mark III Hunter and my 22/45 using the TK videos as guides and the bushing does exactly what it advertises it will do. Disassembly/reassembly is a breeze and the magazine drops out rather than having to be pulled out. Also, the magazine does not need to be in the gun to decock the hammer. And it's cheap! Highly recommend it.

I found that the installation went very easily after I had read the instructions (DOH!). I followed the info from You Tube videos, but there were a few minor steps that were not highlighted that the instructions did cover. The bushing works as advertised and I am very happy with it.

Purchased magazine disconnect bushing for my Ruger Mark 111
I recently purchased magazine disconnect for my Ruger Mark 111. It arrived in a timely manor and after watching the install video I went for it. Let me say, the brand new pistol was harder to break down than the bushing installation by far. Magazines jump right out now and the trigger pull is a little better. Also having had it for a couple of months, the whole breakdown of the pistol is much easier. no more clip in clip out to take apart. Thanks guys for a great product!
