This high quality 304 stainless steel bushing is made for high duty cycle shooting and replaces the Ruger® factory bushing allowing you to safely remove the magazine disconnect from the firearm. There are instructions on the internet showing the use of washers and other parts, but this is unreliable and unsafe! Use an actual part that is designed for the job. This bushing lets the hammer move properly and at the correct speed. You will be pleased with the fit and final result with this bushing. If you know how to clean this gun you can easily remove the disconnect. Removing the disconnect allows the magazines to fall free, allows them to seat properly and does allow the gun to fire with the magazine out for tactical competition and self-defense scenarios. Check to see if your state requires the magazine disconnect installed if the firearm is ever resold.

Nice work
This bushing works great. And actually makes reassemble easier by deleting two parts from the assembly. I used this in combination with the volquartsen accurizing kit and it worked perfect after I figured out how to get it back together. The clip drops free with the push of the mag release just as advertised.

Great Product
My wife bought me this for Christmas this year. I installed it last night and could not be happier. The pesky magazine safety is gone. Even better the magazines jump out of the gun now when you hit the magazine release. I couldn't be happier.

Replace gun parts with gun parts, not washers. Mag falls right out and cleaning loses some very annoying steps!

Just installed the Tandemkross Magazine Disconnect Bushing in my new Mark III. I haven't taken it to the range yet for a trial, but the trigger feels much more smooth than before the install. Looking forward to seeing how it shoots!

Watch video before installation and take your time, not difficult. I own all generations of the Ruger pistol. My Mark 111, 22/45 has now moved from my least favorite to my number 1 practice pistol. I never go to the range without it. This is a GREAT improvement for this pistol.

Mag disconnect bushing
I have to say I was very skeptical about this bushing doing what it said and how easy it was going to be to install. Now with that being said WOW was I WRONG This has been by far the best part I have ever installed on any of my ten pistols and it was so easy I really thought about putting my nine year old Granddaughter on YouTube doing the install I have to yell all clear now before I eject the magazine it comes flying out.
