Customers demanded it and we listened! The TANDEMKROSS Shadow Picatinny Rail for Ruger® Mark Series is here and is a superior upgrade that both competition shooters and backyard plinkers can benefit from. Not only does the Mil-spec picatinny design allow for more precise and customized placement of optics, it is the perfect length and doesn’t have an unsightly overhang over the barrel. The underside of the rail has a relieved ejection port area to provide a sure ejection of spent brass. This rail can be used with both fixed and adjustable iron sights in place. This gives you the option of removing your scope or red dot and using the iron sights without removing the rail. It is available in two finishes to match or highlight your pistol and comes with installation screws. Dress up your Ruger® today and get the TANDEMKROSS Ruger® Rail!

Solid Red Pic Rail
Fit perfectly on my Ruger Mark III Target and the red really adds a color of pop to the classic look with the Red Ruger logos in the handle. I have yet to mount an optic as I am currently deciding what to mount. I fit a TRS-25 and a cheap Chinese Eotech clone on it just to test the mount and they both mounted to the rail solidly with no wiggle. Can't wait to take it to the range and try it out once I decide which way to go.

Picatinny rail
I purchased this along with a front sight, installed easily and is well done. I can use the iron sights as the rail has a groove machined down the middle with permits seeing the front sight. I am still contemplating a red dot for the pistol, but am able to use the iron sights with the rail. Ruger would do well to issue the Mark series pistols with this rail as an option. Well done.

My 2 cents
I bought a Ruger MK IV 22/45 (Target) . I was mounting a picatinny rail and could not find a torque. I asked the company selling the picatinny (TandemKross) for torque data to mount the rail. TandemKross wrote back and said: "Thank you for reaching out. We do not provide a torque spec as Ruger does not provide a torque spec for the female threads on the receiver. " So I wrote to Ruger asking for torque and they said: "If you're looking for the torque spec for the rail, that would be 18-20 in/lbs. " I wrote TandemKross and said: "seems to me you should/could have this information. Will your screws handle 18-20 in/lbs???" Today TandemKross says: "If you have a bull barrel Target or Tactical upper, that sounds correcty (sic) and the max torque of a #6 screw is 20in*lbs. In our experience with the LITE uppers, the receiver holes will strip out before reaching that torque value. As the LITE uppers are more popular and this product will fit those models, we have elected not to provide torque values for target uppers and not LITE uppers as we do not have consistent data on proper torque for the LITE uppers and using the Target upper torque on a LITE upper will likely strip the receiver's threads." This answer came from the same individual (Product Manager/Lead Technical Support) that said TK did not provide torque specs.

I used the Easy Export system for international sales. Everything went smoothly. Excellent product - received promptly - very well packaged. Good value. .

Better than OEM
I misplaced my rail over the years and decided to mount a scope. Hated to pay for another one knowing it's around somewhere, but was happy to see it is an improvement over the OEM and would have bought it regardless.
