The TANDEMKROSS Sentinel Captured Spring Rod for the Walther® P22® is an excellent upgrade for your Walther® pistol. The Walther® factory spring is extra long and extends past the spring guide rod. This design requires a special tool to reinstall and makes cleaning your P22® a challenge. The TANDEMKROSS stainless steel guide rod for the Walther® P22® features a captured spring, doing away with the need for any special equipment and making your firearm maintenance simple.
Because the spring is captured, the TANDEMKROSS Sentinel Spring Rod also returns the P22® slide to the same position every time, reducing up and down movement of the slide and improving accuracy.

Capture spring P22
I installed the P22 capture spring in my two year old P22. Out of a box of 100 cartridges of CCI rounds only one misfire. Much better performance than before. Not to mention easier cleaning and reinstallation of the spring when assembling and cleaning the gun. Happy with the purchase. Thanks for a good high quality product.

Makes assembly a breeze. No more parts shooting across the room several times before getting it together. Looks like solid good built part.

Got home from the range yesterday and when I got to the Walther P22Q I instantly thought as I was removing the slide how happy I was that I bought the Sentenial Spring. It is worth every penny in avoided aggrevation. Prompt delivery and great service from TK as well!

Fits well. Easier reassembly
Fits fine. Makes reassembly a lot easier for sure. Have not fired any rounds yet with this new coil and spring. Hopefully works as well or better than factory one...if so might be able to use less expensive ammo than CCI Mini-Mag rounds.

this captured spring is soooo much better than the 3 foot long one that comes originally. i had to fight that thing for a good 5 minutes to get it back in the gun after taking it apart 10/10 tandemkross
