Perfect Fit
This holster is a pefect fit for my Ruger 22/45 Lite, even with the compensator screwed on, it covers the entire barrel. Once adjusted correctly, it has plenty of friction to keep the gun secure, yet not enough as to impead its' presentation when drawing.

Mr.
Needs more clearance for front sight with a 22/45 light with a red front sight. Only 0.001 clearance. Otherwise great.

Works well for me.
Works very nicely with my Ruger MK III target with 6" bull barrel and Bushnell TRS-25 red dot sight. It wasn't hard to get the tension just right. The only thing that disappointed me was that the gun wouldn't fit in the holster with my new TandemKross front rail installed. But that's not the holster's fault. I guess I will just have to pick which one I want to use.

Decent holster for the money.
I got this holster for my Buckmark Camper. It has a Tactical Solutions 5.5" barrel with a compensator making it about as long as a 7" regular barrel. The holster does sit lower than others but I needed to make some modifications to make the holster work for me. First, I made an adapter and dropped it another 2" for barrel and my arm length. Second, because I could not loosen the retention screws enough, I ground off with a Foredom tool (like a Dremel) part of the "bumps" that retain the gun at the trigger housing. The gun stays in place for my application...the original bumps were way too tight for me. Overall, for the money, a great value. It fills a gap between the crummy nylon holsters out there and the high end competition rigs that are just too expensive for my pocketbook.

Very Happy
Very nice and well built holster. I am very pleased. Exactly what I was looking for

Competition Proven.
Looked adequate for my immediate purpose of carrying a Red Dot sighted MK 3 for club use on falling plates. It's a lot better than adequate. It will pass all normal retention tests, and deliver a controlled fast draw repeatedly. You'll need a good belt to support the holster, but that's a requirement for any competition rig. The retention adjustment is positive, and grips the trigger guard at multiple points. My son's High Standard Victor with Red Dot sight fits perfectly with a custom round heavy barrel installed. This holster will probably fit other pistols having the same shape as the Ruger MK series. I chose the low ride, but I think I could go just as fast with the high ride version. Quite a bargain given the low price.

Tough, great holster
This holster is nice and solid & has easily adjustable retention. I have a 5.5" bull barrel so the holster was a good deal longer than I needed (which was easily remedied with a scroll saw, needle files and 600-1200 grit sandpaper)

Dr.
Based on online recommendations I purchased the BlackDog holster for my red dot equipped 22/45. This holster is exactly what I was looking for. It's very high quality and the customer service was outstanding. I received my holster two days after placing the order. IMO there's no better holster out there for the MK series.
