Mr.
I bought the holster expecting a serviceable piece and wasn't disappointed. I was very pleased with the fit and function. I adjusted the holster to fit my scoped 22/45 and turned that thing every way but loose and the pistol didn't budge! If you're looking for a great holster and a great price, this is it folks. I've spent more money and got less in a holster!

BlackDog ruger MK fits Browning Buckmark URX bull barrel
Recently purchased this holster for my Browning Buckmark urx with a bull barrel. Took a chance as there weren't any reviews specifically stating it fits this gun, but it locked in with a resounding snap on the first shot. Thank you for a fantastic product and I highly recommend this for a similar gun.

MkIV Use
This holster isn't really designed for the new MkIV but since I already had one for my MkII 22/45 I gave it a try. It does work adequately if not perfectly. The MkIV doesn't "snap in" quite like the early Mk series guns but it is held securely and the draw is good. traBe road I hope BlackDog will offer a revised model for the MkIV but the current one works well enough. As noted, for us lefties it's about the only game in town.

Good thought, bad design
Where to begin... when I received the holster my gun did not fit at all. The holster was so compressed that even with the retention screws out my gun would only fit half way. Triple checked to make sure I had the right holster and it was. So on closer inspection the cut out for the optics wouldn't allow my optic to fit. So I tried 3 different optic from a reflex to a micro and none would fit. So I took off the optic and tried again. On the inside of the holster are ribs to help hold the gun in place. Mine are so big it won't let the end of the gun slide in to place. The whole thing is too tight. Because I was in a pinch I spent 4 hours milling out the optics slot and the ribs on the inside along with a dozen razor sharp injection sight protrusions that were never taken off at the factory. My gun finally kind of fits after taking out an 1/8 inch from the tops of the optics slot and a 1/16 inch off the inside of the ribs. My retention screws are back in but barely. If I tighten them down at all the trigger guard won't go into the retaining slot. Might have to mill that out too. In the end this product is not worth the money. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

This holster is perfect for my Ruger Mark III Lite with a Redfield Red Dot scope. Being left-handed it was very easy to switch around. While it fits snug it is easy to draw and return to the holster.

Awesome Holster that fits Browning Buckmark
Just an FYI for all you Browning Buckmark owners....this fits like a glove! Perfect for anyone who wants to holster a Buckmark with Suppressor and Dot sight too!

Holster is outstanding!
This holster fits my 22/45 lite perfect. Holds my pistol in place with just enough tension not to fall out. I have used it in a few matches and it works great.

Great holster. Bought 2 (one for my daughter) along with Quick-grip pouches. They make a good team. Good retention, easily adjustable. Would be nice if the belt slots were adjustable for width as it wants to pull up on narrower belts when drawing. Not a deal breaker, just an observation.
