Mr.
Tried other holsters and none worked with my Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Lite until I found the black dog red dot high. Works extremely well with my red dot optic. Easily adjustable and holds MIV firmly. Very pleased with this product and the excellent service at TANDEMKROSS. Every one I communicated with was professional, pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. 1091106g1

Great Holster
I have a Ruger Mark IV Hunter with a Mueller Quick Sight mounted via picatinny rail. My gun fits perfectly in this holster. I could not be happier with the form, fit and finish. This gun has a fluted bull barrel and is a little heavy. this holster distributes the weight quite nicely.

Holster
This thing hold a mark 4 hunter with the target thumb gribs perfect I thought I would have to modify it because of some of the reviews but works great..has a positive snap and this gun will not come out of this holster unless you want it too.. the tension screws can be adjusted easily and can make it as stiff or as loose of a fit as you want.

The Black Dog High Ride holster works very well with my MK II Ruger Target Model to whcih I have added the Burris Fastfire III red dot sight which also works very well. My only complaint would be with how long it took TandemKross to ship an in stock item to me. Almost 3 weeks to Illinois, which I admit is an almost communist country these days, but really 3 weeks-Wow-seems a bit extreme. After two weeks I called their service department, who didn't answer, left a voicemail and said hey I will pay some more money to get it here quicker and they never even responded to that. Anyway I finally got the holster and it is nice. I will try it in a match next week.

I am very satisfied with my holster. I have a SW22 and like the fit and ease of holstering and un-holstering my gun.

BlackDog Red Dot / Scoped Holster HIGH RIDE
Nice holster. Except for being a bit longer than my Mk III 22/45, it fits great and doesn't rattle around in the holster since I tightened the adjustment. It has good retention and isn't difficult to draw. I don't have a scope on my pistol but if I get one, even with the scope, it will still fit in the holster. A friend of mine has one for his MK III, likes it, but gripes because it doesn’t have a built in magazine pouch. I load magazines with my week hand so it's fine with me there's no place to store a magazine on the holster.
