    I had one of my four Plus1 bumper pads break and come off my Ruger magazine. I contacted TandemKross and they sent me a return label and new bumper pad FAST. Great product, great company and great service!

    There was a mistake made shipping a set of magazine bumpers to me, and TK just sent the correct ones along w/ a return label. It couldn't have been easier to deal w/ the return.
