    Tandem Kross made a small error and made it right in a big way! I ordered a part that was made incorrectly and TK fixed it on their dime and quickly at that.

    Was sent the wrong sights by mistake. The customer service was outstanding on getting me the right sights and sending the return label and all info to return the item!!

    Bought A TandemKross item from one of their dealers. Product was shipped wrong!! Contacted TandemKross & they took over & immediately replaced the item. What an awesome team they have put together. Very fair prices & make exceptional products!!

    Great customer service - replaced bushing for factory hammer with one for Volquartsen hammer - I didn't know they were different. Even sent postage label for the one I returned.

    This review is really late, but Tandem Kross has hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've had. I received the wrong item and contacted TK shortly after I realized what happened. Within an hour I received a phone call and was told that they would send me the correct item with a return label for the incorrect one. I received the correct item within a couple of days and sent the incorrect one back. All without any additional charge to me and the representative I spoke with was very kind. Overall, I am extremely happy and I will absolutely be purchasing more Tandem Kross products in the future!

    I stupidly purchased a Tandemkross product from an online vender. It took more than a month to receive and it was the wrong part. Tandemkross exchanged the part for me and provided free shipping and a label to return the wrong part to them. Total transaction time was less than a week. AWSOME!! Never buy except from the manufacturer.
