As illustrated in other reviews, I too made a mistake in ordering an item. In fact, it took me a year to realize that, and even then, the management jumped through hoops to replace my items. At no charge to me, I might add. I heartily recommend Tandemkross. Thank you, Randy

Due to a manufacturing tolerance on my pistol, the Tandemkross part I ordered just would not function properly. Customer Service at Tandemkross spent a great deal of time trying to resolve the problem and even sent a modified part, but to no avail. I used the Return Shipping Label to return both parts and in a few days had a full refund. Kudos to Tandemkross Customer Service. Have purchased several other Tandemkross products in the past and am 100% satisfied with their performance. Will definitely purchase additional products as they become available.

I've dealt with many customer service people in the past and these people are the best and most professional I have ever dealt with. Sent a new part the day I called them and return of the old part was so simple by using their own package and a printed return label to stick on. Took no more than a couple of minutes.

Can not say enough good words for the customer service, and the people at TandemKross. Due to an error on my part I ordered the wrong part, Tandem sent the correct part, PLUS a return shipping label.

I had one of my four Plus1 bumper pads break and come off my Ruger magazine. I contacted TandemKross and they sent me a return label and new bumper pad FAST. Great product, great company and great service!
