Replacing the rebound spring is an integral step in assuring the reliability of my Ruger MK III. It takes less than 5 minutes to strip, clean and reassemble the bolt. I estimate that the spring needs to be replaced every 300 - 500 rounds. The TK pack is well worth the investment.

If you've ever bent or broken a rebound spring on a Ruger Mk pistol, having some of these little springs around is an economical investment in your sanity. There's nothing quite as frustrating as looking down at your needle-nosed pliers at 1/2 a bent spring while the other half bounces across the hardwood floor, never to be seen again. Get a set of these and tape one inside your range box or stick in the foam of your gun case. You might never need them, but it'll keep "Oh." from becoming "Oh, %$#@!" real quick. =)

The how to video was great and made replacing the rebound spring easy. No more weak firing pin strikes.

Fit perfectly and perform properly in my Mk-III 22/45 Lite. TK was the only place I could find that has them. Not listed at Ruger, Midway, Brownell, Wolff, VQ, etc. However, $5.99 to ship minuscule springs is a rip off. TK could just put in an envelope for much less.

To be perfectly honest I haven't yet had a need to use the springs, the purchase was for a parts supply in my firearms tool box but I'm certainly not dissatisfied at this point.
