The pull ring charging handle is modeled after our popular halo Charging Ring for Browning Buck Mark and Smith & Wesson® SW22® Victory™, and features a smooth, curved ring for improved leverage and easy charging for all users - whether right- or left-handed. The ambidextrous design also works with a holster.
The halo Charging Ring is an ideal upgrade for competition shooters who may need to charge the pistol or clear a jam quickly. For junior and senior shooters, overcoming the hammer can also be a serious challenge. Made of lightweight, aircraft grade aluminum, the halo Charging Ring for Ruger® Mark IV™ and Ruger® Mark III™ pistols improves grip and leverage for easier charging, without adding extra weight to the back of the pistol or impacting the pistol's action.

Useful
The Halo Charging Ring for the Ruger Mark IV is a very interesting accessory that is also one of the most useful that I've added to the firearm. I wasn't an immediate fan with the looks, but when it came to form and function, I found that I literally use it more than the red dot sight on the rail. It doesn't add any noticeable weight and appears very sturdy. I haven't had the opportunity to drop test it, yet, and with any luck, that wait will continue. As the ad says, this is perfect for junior or senior shooters that might need a little help pulling the charging bolt. I fall into the latter category, but it's also useful for those few that shoot without gloves and end up with moist fingers. This device makes charging the Ruger Mark IV unbelievably easy no matter what the condition. Excellent, thoughtful product.

Essential upgrade for the ruger mk3 22/45
My wife and I both have the halo charging handle for our .22s. It really makes the browning buck mark and the rugers so much easier to compete with, no more punches, and cuts on our fingers during steel challenge. Mine was a replacement for the challenger charging handle, I had it for 6 months, and had issues with it, tandemkross replaced it with the Halo free of charge, and even sent me a return shipping label, it didn't cost me a dime! That kind of customer service is hard to find anymore! We have 2 friends that both have HALOs on their .22s, and they love there's.

Charging Ring
Fantastic. What a great product and a super addition to my Ruger 22/45 LITE. I had just gotten the pistol and wanted to "customize" it, a bit. So glad I did. Highly recommend it.
