The pull ring charging handle is modeled after our popular halo Charging Ring for Browning Buck Mark and Smith & Wesson® SW22® Victory™, and features a smooth, curved ring for improved leverage and easy charging for all users - whether right- or left-handed. The ambidextrous design also works with a holster.
The halo Charging Ring is an ideal upgrade for competition shooters who may need to charge the pistol or clear a jam quickly. For junior and senior shooters, overcoming the hammer can also be a serious challenge. Made of lightweight, aircraft grade aluminum, the halo Charging Ring for Ruger® Mark IV™ and Ruger® Mark III™ pistols improves grip and leverage for easier charging, without adding extra weight to the back of the pistol or impacting the pistol's action.

Great Addition
I had been looking at the charging ring for a little while for my Mark IV Lite. I had pinched my fingers pretty bad a couple of time. My son uses this pistol for 4-H shooting club. Boy I wish I would have added this ring earlier. The fit and finish was great. Super easy to install with everything you need to do the install. The ring makes charging so easy. Great product by a great compant.

If you've had your fingers slip off the bolt before you'll love this, does not change the function of the bolt.

Needed piece of gear
The halo charging ring corrects the one major flaw in the Mark IV's design: its non existent charging handle. Inexpensive,lightweight,and dead easy to install,the halo charging ring is a must have after market upgrade for your Ruger Mark IV.

Halo Charging Ring
I’m really glad I upgraded my MK4 with the Halo Ring. It makes it so much easier and ergonomic to operate the pistol. It also was enjoyed by my kids who found the Ruger bolt a little sharp. A great product that was easy to install too.
