Tired of sore and pinched fingers from charging your Ruger® Mark IV™ or Ruger® Mark III™? Upgrade your pistol with the halo Charging Handle for Ruger® Mark IV™, Mark III ™and 22/45™!
The pull ring charging handle is modeled after our popular halo Charging Ring for Browning Buck Mark and Smith & Wesson® SW22® Victory™, and features a smooth, curved ring for improved leverage and easy charging for all users - whether right- or left-handed. The ambidextrous design also works with a holster.
The halo Charging Ring is an ideal upgrade for competition shooters who may need to charge the pistol or clear a jam quickly. For junior and senior shooters, overcoming the hammer can also be a serious challenge. Made of lightweight, aircraft grade aluminum, the halo Charging Ring for Ruger® Mark IV™ and Ruger® Mark III™ pistols improves grip and leverage for easier charging, without adding extra weight to the back of the pistol or impacting the pistol's action.

Halo Charging Ring Ruger Mark IV
This is a great after market answer to what I consider an oversight for the Mark IV Competition 6.88" The video with 2 young ladies (around my daughters age) had the install complete in a couple minutes. Functional, great looking (silver to match), with good "fit and trim" Nice job guys.

halo charging ring
great item purchased two ruger charging rings one for myself and other for wife gun. also purchase one for my smith wesson victory 22lr. this is a must for for any one having either guns. makes it so much easier pulling back bolt when you have a misfire. during cleaning and putting the s/w victory some people have a problem putting the slide on the 22 victory with the halo charging on. go to u tube and they have a video showing how to re assemble slide without removing the halo charger. halo charger allows one to pull the slide easily back and releasing the slide so the slide does slam forward with out cartage in barrel

Now she can shoot alone
My wife has been shooting some old 22LR ammo and there are quite a few duds. In spite of going to lighter springs, removing the loaded chamber indicator, she still could not pull back the bolt. I thought it was weakness in her arms, but it turned out to be weakness in her fingers. When she would have a dud, she would hand the pistol to me. Now with the "halo" , she has no problems and is a happy camper.

My Ruger 22/45 is nearly impossible for my worn out hands to cock. The Halo charging ring makes the initial cocking a snap. It looks good, and it's super easy to install.
