The pull ring charging handle is modeled after our popular halo Charging Ring for Browning Buck Mark and Smith & Wesson® SW22® Victory™, and features a smooth, curved ring for improved leverage and easy charging for all users - whether right- or left-handed. The ambidextrous design also works with a holster.
The halo Charging Ring is an ideal upgrade for competition shooters who may need to charge the pistol or clear a jam quickly. For junior and senior shooters, overcoming the hammer can also be a serious challenge. Made of lightweight, aircraft grade aluminum, the halo Charging Ring for Ruger® Mark IV™ and Ruger® Mark III™ pistols improves grip and leverage for easier charging, without adding extra weight to the back of the pistol or impacting the pistol's action.

halo charging ring
I put thus on the back of my Ruger Mark IV 22/45 pistol and it fit perfectly. Now, when i shoot CCI 22 Quiets, and they don't eject, it is so much easier to rack the slide.

Halo Charging Ring for Ruger Mark IV 22/45
This is the perfect addition to the Ruger Mark IV. I've admittedly pinched my fingers in the stock charging handle a couple of times. This makes it really easy and intuitive.

Necessary part with a side effect.
This adds length to your Ruger. And if you have flag rules then you might need to find a longer bag. so don't purchase a bag until you install this necessary part and remeasure your length with or without the flag.
