At a glance:

  • For the repair of any .22 caliber chambers that have been damaged by firing pin impact
  • Eliminates a very common cause of feeding and extraction malfunctions
  • Corrosion resistant, heat treated, for long lasting durability

We have all done it! Dry firing the pistol seems harmless enough, but did you know that dry firing a rimfire pistol can create a small burr which can grow and deepen over time leading to feeding and reliability issues! Now, thanks to the new TANDEMKROSS ChamberMade Ironing Swage, you can repair the breech face damage caused by dry firing.

The new, handy ChamberMade Ironing Swage can be operated with a ¼” hex drive screwdriver from the chamber side or alternatively by attaching to cleaning rod inserted from the muzzle. Purchase your ChamberMade today and bring your breech face back to factory new condition!

Don't forget, all TANDEMKROSS products are Made in the USA and come with a LIFETIME guarantee!

    .22 Chamber swage

Posted by Steven Andrews on 13th May 2022

I have a GSG .22LR and I was using my usual practice routine which involves having a dummy round in the second spot in the mag. The dummy was not feeding correctly and so I ended up inadvertently dry firing the pistol several times. This was the start of a constant FTE of all rounds. I researched online and after many attempts and failures to correct the FTE, found this ironing swage from TK. It only took a minute to clean out the chamber, and after 200 rounds, not a single FTE, misfire or stovepipe. It s a quick fix and probably costs 1/3 of what a gunsmith would have charged. Great product and a great company.

Buy one to save a trip to the gunsmith or sending the gun back to the manufacturer. A project anyone can do as long as you have this tool.

Works excellent! Repaired a 1922 Marlin model 38 that had been dry fired. Loads perfect now. Also cleaned up the cylinder on a 1958 revolver. Both were light to medium damage.
