At a glance:

  • For the repair of any .22 caliber chambers that have been damaged by firing pin impact
  • Eliminates a very common cause of feeding and extraction malfunctions
  • Corrosion resistant, heat treated, for long lasting durability

We have all done it! Dry firing the pistol seems harmless enough, but did you know that dry firing a rimfire pistol can create a small burr which can grow and deepen over time leading to feeding and reliability issues! Now, thanks to the new TANDEMKROSS ChamberMade Ironing Swage, you can repair the breech face damage caused by dry firing.

The new, handy ChamberMade Ironing Swage can be operated with a ¼” hex drive screwdriver from the chamber side or alternatively by attaching to cleaning rod inserted from the muzzle. Purchase your ChamberMade today and bring your breech face back to factory new condition!

Don't forget, all TANDEMKROSS products are Made in the USA and come with a LIFETIME guarantee!

Works excellent! Repaired a 1922 Marlin model 38 that had been dry fired. Loads perfect now. Also cleaned up the cylinder on a 1958 revolver. Both were light to medium damage.

    simply perfect

This tool is simple and works perfectly. Just take your time using it and don't force it. It won't work with just a single pass. Watch the videos of people using it, then go for it. The results are perfect. I used this on my Ruger Mark IV Hunter with a cleaning rod from the muzzle end. It was easy to get going and the breech face looks great now. No more failures to feed!

    Chamber Made

Posted by Messkit on 1st Feb 2022

Unlike the other reviews, I needed this tool to restore extraction of my Savage 93rBVSS .17HM2. Because of the unique case, I found I had to grind off the threaded shaft, and about 1/16" from the front of the tool, in order for it to best fit into the shouldered chamber. My problem, was the extractor groove in the barrel developed a serious burr, from the extractor nose banging into it while dry cycling. I fixed the extractor arm, but had great difficulty getting the burr out of the chamber. A buddy mentioned that a proper tool was out there to fix just this problem, and an easy 'net search got me into Tandemkross. Two minutes later, the tool was ordered! About a dozen moderate taps with a brass hammer on a 1/4" socket extension, and I'm back in the squirrel shooting business!

    Chamber swage

Have wanted on of these for a long time as I work with many old 22 rifles and revolvers. Much better than a round file as it moves metal gathering than removing metal.
