Well made and works well
Installed the left side charging handle on a rifle for a lefty youth. I also mounted a scope on the rail. It takes a timy bit more force to cycle the action than just the own charging handle. However it is unnoticeable when using the rifle for competitions. Would highly recommend this charging handle if you need a left side charging handle.

Excellent add-on for the 10/22 to be able to charge from left side. Rail is also improvement over factory.

Neat concept. 90% there.
Recently purchased and installed on a newer 10/22 carbine. With low Burris Zee rings a 40mm objective scope with a 1" tube sits tight to the factory barrel. Close enough I had to flip down the rear sight to clear, but it nothing was touching the scope after that. Fit and finish were good and build quality was ok. Installation was very simple. It came with socket or torx (can't remember which) head cap screws instead of slotted or Phillips head to secure the mounting t yo the receiver. That's a major selling point for me. If it had come with slotted or Phillips head screws I would not have been impressed. My only rub with this product is that there was a little plastic sleeve/ boot that just slides over the lever that makes contact with the factory Ruger bolt handle. I put it on the new scope mount but it kept falling off, so I gave up and tossed the little plastic piece/boot. Unfortunately now the left hand bolt lever on this scope mount will not pull the Ruger bolt back far enough to allow me to engage the bolt catch. I still have to use the original bolt handle for that. Being able to pull the bolt back with my left hand and lock it with my right hand was why I bought this mount in the first place. I will make it work eventually with some epoxy and rubber on the scope mount lever to replace the thickness that I lost when I gave up on the plastic boot that kept falling off. If it's a necessary piece to make this product fully functional it should be more securely mounted, or even an integral part, to the rest of the product. Maybe they will fix this with the next generation of this scope mount. I am otherwise satisfied with my purchase.

I purchased the "Tamdemkross, Advantage Charging handle" to be an addition to a Ruger, Take Down - Charger pistol. This would allow for easier and faster, left handed loading, charging, and re-loading. No more fumbling around from right to left hand stuff! One hand on the grip, & the other hand for operations. When the unit arrived a few days after ordering, I was truly impressed. The aluminum Charging handle assembly is very simply designed, but was built very well, & to exacting tolerances. The large handle allows for an easy grip, and manipulation of the gun's slide. All parts needed were included. This was instructions, 4 - longer mounting screws, and a rubber boot (which keeps the factory charging handle from getting scratched.) The only thing that would have been better, would be an addition of a small tube of thread locker. The assembly does raise the picatinny rail up a small bit, but is no issue. The charging "hook" actually rests in front of the factory charging handle. When the gun is fired and cycles, the "Hook" does NOT interfere or come in contact with the factory handle in any way. Only when you charge from the left hand side does the "hook" contact the factory handle. This product could not be more simply designed or made any better. It operates the slide easily and without hesitation. It does add some left side length to the gun, but this was not so bad. I could still break down my Ruger Charger pistol, and place it in the carry case, even with the Advantage Charge installed. I wish I could have uploaded pictures! I am very happy with this product, and will purchase from Tandemkross again!
