Advantage Charging Handle

I thought this item was going to be a real novelty Chinese add on but I was very impressed how well it works. It really make charging quicker and easier. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

I recently installed the TandemKross Advantage Charging Handle (ACH) on my Ruger 10/22 cerbine, which is also fitted with a high-comb aftermarket stock. The ACH is a bit taller than the factory Ruger picatinny rail, which puts my red dot sight at the correct height for me. In addition, the left-side charging handle, which works flawlessly, makes tactical reloads faster and easier in a competition setting. I'm quite pleased with this investment.

You guys should design tech sights to go along with the charging handle. That would be even better for guys that don't use optics.

Thread engagement on the provided screws is a bit short for comfort, so I replaced them with longer screws. The plastic boot fell off after a couple uses, but I didn't find it necessary to use. It is more difficult to pull than the main charging handle, but that's to be expected since you're pulling against a second spring. With that being said, it's still a great part. The added functionality greatly outweighs the negatives.

This was a great recommendation for my 30 yr old 10/22. I tried it out at the range and immediately began advertising to guys with chargers next to me. They were all impressed. This even suits the range plinker with an attached brass catcher, wether right or left handed.

Charging handle is easy to install and a worthwhile improvement over stock. The shipping was very fast even in the midst of all the covid going on. Make sure to tighten the screws down to spec as the rail will come loose otherwise.
