These SR22® bumpers extend the bottom of the magazine to allow for more grip and better handling. Even more importantly, they help with seating magazines securely into the pistol frame by providing extra material to "bump" them into a locked state.

Extra 5 rounds
They work well give you more ammo per mag which is always a good thing when out on the range gun still performs the same except the slide dont lock back after last round fired since you have to remove the follower button from mags to get the extra rounds in them

Held 15 rds, but had a problem feeding cartridges in pistol. Tried a different brand and those worked.

Wingman +5 extenders
I’d like to say that I first purchased the Wingman for my Walther P22. They functioned flawlessly. Without any need for modification. Then for the Ruger SR22. Not so good. Before I go further, tech support was great. They stand behind their products. When I called, they immediately offered to send me new, tested mags with the Wingman installed. I chose to fiddle with them myself. So to continue, The springs wouldn’t compress or would stick. A lot of filing was required, I purchased aftermarket followers and Tandemkross green springs. Function seems reliable at this time. I can load 17 rds but only load 16. The extended bumper not the best for concealed carry. It sort of defeats the point of being compact.

SR22 Wingma +5 Magazine Bumper
I should have listened to the reviews. The bumpers DO NOT work as expected. At best you can increase the magazine to hold only 13 rounds. In order to get to 15 you have to do some filing. You also lose the side button to lower and insert the rounds. You will therefore have to buy a speed loader. This was a huge disappointment. If you do not mind having to file down of the sides then they will eventually work.

I ordered these for my Ruger Sr22. They work really well!! One of the magazines has a hard time going all the way down and only holds 13 rounds. If I put 15 in it then the slider gets stuck. However the other magazine works perfectly and holds all 15 rounds. These work well, improved my grip, were affordable, and look awesome.
