Wingman +5 Magazine Bumper for Ruger® SR22® (2-Pack)

I wasn't really crazy about this item. you do get added capacity and length on the grip, but you are giving up the assist button on the side. this makes using a loader more difficult as most of them push down on the side assist button. Also, you lose the bolt hold open after the last round is fired. i ended up just removing mine and reinstalling the factory set-up.

Product is great. easy to install and no problems in over 500 rounds

This is the perfect partner for my SR22. I really enjoy the fact that it has increased the capacity by 50%. The the only down side is my finger takes a beating after awhile. My suggestion, suck it up and keep shooting. Great product and addition to any 22 pistol.

this wing man+5 is very nice adds that extra length for bigger hands, adds 5 more rounds, good quality product, very easy install in a few minutes

If no other reason, I am happy with this product simply because I can now get all of my fat hand onto the grip. I really dislike having the "pinky swing" effect with more compact weapons. This took care of that 100%, and mine holds all 15 rounds unlike some reviews I have seen. Thanks for an affordable fix to an obvious concern for shooters.

I just upgraded my SR22 with the "Wingmaster" magazine bumper, the "Supergrips" and the "Sentinel" captured spring rod and let me tell you, I've got a new love for my Ruger. I typically don't write reviews, in fact I have only done it three times in my life, but I felt obligated, given how impressed I am, to do so. I own many guns, and most are >$500 like my Kimber .45, Colt .45, XDM 9mm, FNX .40, Sig 229, HK and my STI which is way too expensive....so what I am getting is I am a man of quality. I would rather spend the extra money and have a gun for life instead of buying twenty $200 guns, except this Ruger SR22. I heard such good reviews about it and honestly its kind of hard to spend a lot of money on a .22 so I opted to get this one. I have always liked it but it was lacking the feel of my more expensive guns. I live in Texas so it's hot almost all the time and with that you sweat and anyone who owns the SR22 knows the grip can kind of suck when your palms are sweaty....the Supergrips fixed this with ease. The "Wingman" works exactly as it should and cycles like your stock mags. The "Sentinel" , well, its looks cool I guess. I am not convinced it does a whole lot but it is certainly nice to have when it comes to breaking the gun down and cleaning it. Aesthetically the "Sentinel" is pretty appealing and it far exceeds the stock spring rod which is literally a spring and a plastic rod....easily the cheapest component of the gun. Anyhow, with the upgraded parts I am now completely satisfied with my Ruger, it is literally everything I want out of a twenty-two. I found myself with too many pistols in my collection and was on the fence on whether or not I should get rid of the Ruger being that it doesn't match the quality of my other firearms but now it is a keep for sure.

I just got 2 "Wingman" +5 Magazine Bumpers for my new SR22. (one for each mag that came with my gun). As a new shooter I found the +5 Mag Bumpers to be very easy to install, as well as being very effective and reliable. I love NOT having to reload after 10 rounds. It may not seem like much, but the extra 5 rounds gives me more of a continuous flow of shooting. Sort of like 'I'm just getting warmed-up with the ten rounds!' I recommend buying them. They allow me to extend my 'fun shooting time' just a little longer.

I did not read the fine print when ordering this. That being, it removes the slide lock after last round. The extra 5 rounds added does not make up for the slide lock after last round. I sold them to a friend who likes them.
