Wingman +5 Magazine Bumper for Ruger SR22

At a glance:

  • Increase your magazine capcity by 5
  • Better magazine seating
  • Extends bottom of Magazine for better grip - great for bigger hands!

Made of nearly indestructible Zytel®, these finely made magazine bumpers are designed to enable your factory magazines to load five extra rounds! These SR22® bumpers extend the bottom of the magazine to allow for more grip and better handling. Even more importantly, they help with seating magazines securely into the pistol frame by providing extra material to "bump" them into a locked state.

From competition shooters to casual backyard plinkers, everyone can benefit from a two-pack of these simple to install upgrades.  Don't load less ammo, load more with the TANDEMKROSS magazine bumpers!

PLEASE NOTE: Installing the bumper removes the magazine follower button so the last round hold open feature will be disabled.

Purchased +5 Mag Bumpers for SR22, one worked great and the other one didn't so I had no choice but to scrap both. Just couldn't take the chance on reliability.

These are a great product that works well for the money. Quality and function are excellent and I recommend this to anyone one looking for more capacity from their Ruger SR 22

These bumpers can make the sr22 ccw just for the fact each mag will hold 15 rounds

    nice product, but

I installed this item and could only get 13 rounds loaded into the magazine. I contacted TK and they sent me instructions on how to file/sand the product to make it work as advertised. After fine tuning the bumper it works great and it's nice to have the 15 rds so I don't have to reload as often. Not having the follower button to assist in loading is not too bad as the magazine springs are not very stiff and the loss of the bolt hold open after the last round isn't too big of an issue. I would think TK should either include the instructions for filing/sanding the bumper to make it work properly or modify the unit so no sanding is required. 4 stars because of that.

Was going to buy Xtra couple of mags but sr22 mags are pricey. So these give you 10 rds Xtra for less than 1 mag. Work great easy to assemble. Sr22 is a fun little gun TK 5 Rd extensions make it awesome. Happy happy!

I bought these a while back and loved the look and feel of them. I took them out shooting once and had several jams. I checked installation and decided to take them off. They may have just needed worked in a little. I'll give them another try.

You guys Rock! Ordered on Wednesday, arrived on Friday! Extended mag base works perfect and will be a great help on the upcoming steel match. Thanks again!

Great product easy to install but the plus 5 doesn't apply to all ammo types it won't hold 15 rounds of cci stinger

    decent capacity

works pretty well although required filing of plastic so I could load more than 12 rounds I also had to stretch the stock spring a little to keep pressure up. the stock spring is only made per say to push up 10 rounds and i had a few mags that were locking up rounds seemingly from the stock mag springs tight compression. after some adjustments they are pretty much on point. 100% worth having 5 more rounds
