TANDEMKROSS Lifetime Guarantee

For Firearms

The following information is applicable to TANDEMKROSS brand firearms owners in the United States. For international customers of TANDEMKROSS distributors or retailers, please contact our Customer Service department so that we can direct your inquiry. Warranty service is available in select countries outside of the US in accordance with all policies of our warranty service partners.

TANDEMKROSS (“TK”) offers a limited lifetime warranty on TANDEMKROSS branded firearms to the retail purchaser (“customer”). This warranty covers failures to function as advertised and cosmetic defects in original workmanship. To submit a warranty claim, contact TK Customer Service. If warranty service is deemed necessary, TK will provide the customer with a postage-paid mailing label via email unless otherwise required.The firearm will then be evaluated by our technicians. For defects or failures within the scope of the limited lifetime warranty, TK will address the failure or defect through repair or replacement of individual components or the firearm itself as TK deems necessary and the firearm will be returned to the customer’s mailing address where legal or to an appropriate federal firearms license holder at TK’s expense. Damage not covered by warranty will adhere to the policies established in the following paragraph:

TANDEMKROSS’ warranty does NOT cover firearms that are mechanically modified or damaged through expected wear-and-tear, abuse, misuse, or neglect. For such cases, TANDEMKROSS will offer a billable repair service. To initiate an out-of-warranty repair, contact TK Customer Service and you will be provided mailing instructions. Upon receipt, the firearm will be evaluated by our technicians and the customer will be provided an estimate of the scope and cost of the work required including return shipping. TANDEMKROSS will make a good faith effort to provide a comprehensive initial estimate. If additional damage is found during repair resulting in a new cost estimate, TANDEMKROSS will contact the customer for approval before proceeding. Upon completion, the firearm will be returned to the customer’s mailing address where legal or to an appropriate federal firearms license holder once repairs are complete.

For both warranty and non-warranty service, observe the following important notes:

  1. TANDEMKROSS warranty and repair policies are not applicable to firearms that have been lost, stolen, or otherwise no longer in the customer’s possession.
  2. No items should be sent to TANDEMKROSS without explicit authorization from a TK Customer Service representative. Any items received by TANDEMKROSS without prior authorization or with insufficient postage may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
  3. Firearms should be mailed with all original “critical-to-function” components (eg. bolt, trigger components, barrel, etc) in unmodified conditions unless otherwise instructed by TK Customer Service. If a firearm is received absent critical components or with non-TANDEMKROSS replacements, TANDEMKROSS reserves the right to re-install original TK components as necessary and to charge for the cost of said components in accordance with details listed above. The firearm will be returned to the customer functioning as originally designed.
  4. Customers should remove all non-TANDEMKROSS original accessories from the firearm prior to shipping. TANDEMKROSS is not responsible for damage or loss of non-TK accessories.
  5. TANDEMKROSS is not responsible or liable for external costs incurred by the purchaser including, but not limited to FFL transfers, range or match fees, external labor charges, etc.
  6. If the firearm or subcomponent is replaced under TK warranty or repair policy terms, TANDEMKROSS will keep the original damaged unit.
  7. TANDEMKROSS reserves the right to offer store credit or a comparable component or firearm of similar value when possible should the firearm or relevant component be unavailable or discontinued at the time of repair or warranty service.
  8. In the event that a firearm cannot be returned to the customer (e.g. changes in law or legal status, the firearm model has been discontinued with no equivalent replacement, etc) TANDEMKROSS store credit will be issued equal to the purchase price of the firearm. Proof of purchase is required to issue store credit.

For Parts, Accessories, and Soft Goods

All TANDEMKROSS brand parts, accessories, and soft goods are guaranteed for life against failures to function as advertised and against cosmetic defects in original workmanship unless otherwise stated. Products that mechanically fail within the Lifetime Guarantee are entitled to be refunded or replaced with the same or similar item of equal value. Warrantied replacements or refunds will not be issued until defective products are first received by TANDEMKROSS. TANDEMKROSS will provide return shipping labels to cover return shipping fees for USPS standard shipping for products covered by Lifetime Guarantee.

TANDEMKROSS’s Lifetime Guarantee does NOT cover items that are lost, modified, or damaged through misuse or neglect (eg. improper installation, use on incompatible firearm/caliber, or damage due to lack of proper routine maintenance). The TANDEMKROSS Lifetime Guarantee also does NOT extend to products that are disclosed as being “consumable,” third party retail products sold by TANDEMKROSS, or products that are otherwise marked or disclosed as exempt. For questions regarding warranties of non-TANDEMKROSS products, please contact the original manufacturer.

Products considered “consumable” or otherwise exempt from the TANDEMKROSS Lifetime Guarantee may include, but are not limited to:

  • Firing Pins, Extractors, and Springs: These parts are protected against mechanical failure for two (2) years starting at the time of purchase.
  • Fiber Optic Light Pipes: Fiber optic light pipes are fragile and highly susceptible to breaking even within typical intended use. Sights (rear sight blade, rear sight base, front sight blade/post) are protected under the Lifetime Guarantee. Fiber optic light pipes are only guaranteed for the first six (6) months after the time of purchase.
  • Disposable Products: Disposable products may include items such as cleaning solutions, cleaning wipes/swabs/rags, lubricants, ammunition, etc. By definition, these products are consumable and are not protected by Lifetime Guarantee.
  • Textiles and Apparel: Merchandise such as T-shirts, hats, or bags are only guaranteed for one (1) year after the time of purchase.

For any and all items not covered by the Lifetime Guarantee or items being returned for reasons outside the Lifetime Guarantee, all return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

In the event that a replacement cannot be sent (eg. discontinued product, changes in local laws, etc) a refund will be issued for the warrantied product in the value of the original purchase price.

Whether for warranty or otherwise, no items should be sent to TANDEMKROSS without explicit authorization from a TANDEMKROSS Customer Service representative. Any items received by TANDEMKROSS without prior knowledge or authorization may be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

All international sales are final and are not eligible for return. Orders and customers valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges must be legal United States residents with domestic US billing and shipping addresses.

Hassle Free Returns

Products eligible for return or exchange with TANDEMKROSS must be purchased directly through TANDEMKROSS’s website.

Products eligible for return or exchange must:

  • Be within 30 days of purchase
  • Be in original condition
  • Have ALL originally included components and accompanying hardware
  • Have valid proof of purchase (order number, order confirmation email, or receipt)

Orders and customers valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges must be legal United States residents with domestic US billing and shipping addresses.

Shipping costs attributed to returns issued for reasons not covered by the Lifetime Guarantee are the responsibility of the customer.

Products purchased anywhere other than directly through TANDEMKROSS may only qualify for replacement or exchange if protected by TANDEMKROSS’s Lifetime Guarantee. Returns, refunds, or exchanges exempt from TANDEMKROSS’s Lifetime Guarantee and purchased anywhere other than TANDEMKROSS directly must be issued by the original seller within their own policies.

All international sales are final and are not eligible for return. Any and all products disclosed as “all sales final” are not eligible for our Hassle Free Return.
