$$$$ Trigger
The texture on the trigger face is alittle to agressive. Place your finger on the trigger and squeeze, do not slide your finger across the trigger, very sharp edges. Installation was easy following the directions. Because of the price and the trigger face finish I can only give it a 3 star rating.

A dramatic improvement
I've been using TandemKross as a source for accurizing parts for just over a year. Whenever I give in to my rimfire compulsion and buy another .22 pistol I don't even go to the range to test fire it. Instead, I dry fire it a few times to see how the trigger feels and then after cursing Smith and Wesson and Ruger for their lousy triggers I go to TK to see what's available. TK seems to be reading my mind because everything I need is right there on their cyber pages just begging for a mouse click. My latest project is a Ruger Mk IV Target in blue and after replacing the trigger with the Victory trigger, which was a dramatic improvement, I went the extra step and installed the Volquartsen sear and the required Volquartsen trigger disconnect. I now have a no excuses target pistol that groups really well at 50'. Friends I've let shoot this Mk IV have been really amazed and complimentary after shooting just a few clips. Naturally I couldn't go through all this without replacing the factory grips, too. There is just something really luxurious about rosewood pistol grips and TK has those, as well. I don't know why the manufacturers can't put quality triggers in their otherwise fine quality pistols, but they don't. I guess that's how they hold down cost. But, if you're a demanding rimfire shooter like me who is forever striving for greater and greater accuracy then you'll appreciate that TK is there in your corner ready to make everything right. They will make your mediocre to average shooting .22 pistol an excellent shooter that will never embarrass you at the range.

The good...this is a nice trigger,easy to install & adjust,fits perfectly and is probably responsible for my smaller shot groups....just saying. The bad...the serations on the trigger face could be used to grate cheese!! These serations are sharp and I mean REALLY sharp!! Easy fix is to use 600 grit sandpaper paper, before installing, to dull the face and edges. Feels great now.......would highly recommend this modification, makes the MK4 much more enjoyable to shoot.

I had my LGS install this trigger, to ensure a proper fit. AMAZING trigger! Almost NO take-up, and very little reset. The flat trigger enables me to get a more consistent pull with every shot. Very comfortable to use. I would recommend this trigger to anyone looking to improve their performance.

MK 4 trigger
Great trigger. Easy to install and adjust. Groups from my MK 4 were reduced by 50% after trigger installation. Don't forget to use blue Locktite though as recoil quickly backs off set screws.

I purchased the Victory Trigger for my Ruger MKIV Hunter model. I also decided to purchase the sear and disconnector from another company to complement the trigger. With the help of my shooting buddy, we installed the entire unit in about an hour and my measured trigger pull was reduced from 4 3/4 lb to 2.5 lb. After adjusting the trigger, off to the range we went and it was amazing. As a retired police officer, I feel like I am a good shot and I have shot a lot over my career. This trigger feel is perfect for target shooting and I could not be happier. With both single shot and rapid fire, I am steady and can get back on target immediately. Releasing the shot is smooth and requires only a soft touch. If you purchase the Ruger Mark IV, I would highly recommend the Victory trigger and sear/disconnector assembly.
