Mag release the way it should be!
I can't recommend this mag release enough. A huge improvement over the cheap plastic stock release that would bind up. This is smooth and never binds, your mag changes will be much faster!

Magazine Release
Product quality excellent. Really does it's job. If you qualified in the US military to shoot a rifle, your instinctive grip will frequently engage the magazine release, dropping the magazine to the deck. One must discipline themselves on where to properly grip and hold the rifle to prevent accidental release. If you are instinctive in handling similar rifle platforms, you will have to learn and practice new methods of gripping the rifle.

This Mag Release is a significant improvement over the stock one. I ordered this after swapping out the chassis and foregrip with Midwest Industries matte black aluminum components and in combination the matte black and glossy black are head turners.

Extended mag release
Excellent product and works as designed, an improvement over what came on the carbine. However, no knock against TK but more for Ruger the mag release should be located near the trigger much like the AR 15 platform

A MUST HAVE!!
I just purchased my Ruger PCC and mine has the retractable Magpul stock. The stock magazine release is so small and recessed that it's almost impossible to depress. I put this one on and it's so much nicer it's not even a comparison! I can use the heel of my left hand to activate the mag release as I bring it off the front of the gun. It literally installs in a few seconds with the original bolt. If you are going to use your Ruger PCC for competition, then get this mag release!
