So far it works great
I couldn`t reach the factory mag release without adjusting my grip. Now the new Titan button is big enough to reach with a quick press of the thumb and now i can change mags faster without any grip adjustment.

Much easier to change magazines
I don’t have small hands but it wasn’t natural for me to reach the magazine release on my Ruger mark iv 22/45. The extra height makes it very easy to drop the magazine. The instruction video was pretty good - just be ready to pause it. They provide two button options - I chose the one that looks stock but they provide a much larger option if you need it.

TK Titan Extended Magazine Release for Ruger MKIV 22/45
This is a great product. The only problem I had was installation and that is due to the overly complicated engineering of the Ruger pistol. It it wasn't for the excellent video Bill of TK posted on your web sight I'd still be trying to figure out how to get the original mag release out of the firearm. Once I installed the Titan it worked like a hose. Perfect.

Mag release
Perfect fit, fun to install. The two different buttons are very different in size, which was a little misleading from the photo you see. Once installed it is very easy to switch between buttons, to find which feels best for you, definitely gives the mark 4 with a hive grip exactly what I was looking for.

This thing is the very best and very easy to use. It is faster than the factory mag release. Really speeds up the mag exchange, they literally fall out.

Very pleased
I have small hands so I have to rotate my hand to release the magazine on my Ruger Mark IV 22/45, I installed the Titan extended magazine release on my gun and it resolved the issue completely. I highly recommend this magazine release.
