This high quality 304 stainless steel bushing is made for high duty cycle shooting and replaces the Ruger® factory bushing allowing you to safely remove the magazine disconnect from the firearm. There are instructions on the internet showing the use of washers and other parts, but this is unreliable and unsafe! Use an actual part that is designed for the job. This bushing lets the hammer move properly and at the correct speed. You will be pleased with the fit and final result with this bushing. If you know how to clean this gun you can easily remove the disconnect. Removing the disconnect allows the magazines to fall free, allows them to seat properly and does allow the gun to fire with the magazine out for tactical competition and self-defense scenarios. Check to see if your state requires the magazine disconnect installed if the firearm is ever resold.

Great product!
This bushing is a must. Much easier, smoother magazine removal, and better seating when inserting the next magazine. Very simple to install, just follow the video. Also, very fast shipping.

If you have a Mark III, Get this.
Do yourself a favor and get rid of that ridiculous magazine disconnect by installing this part. It fits perfectly and is quite simple to install.

Works for me
I replaced almost every internal part in my 22/45 and was having problems getting everything to function properly. I finally tried this bushing in conjunction with the original hammer (highly polished) and function is now flawless.

This works perfect! This is the best way to stop the annoying magazine safety issues. Magazines slide in and out easily and it makes field stripping just like a Mark 2.

Mark III Bushing&LCI replacement
Owner of a new Mark III Hunter, love the pistol but hate the magazine safety feature. Ordered both a TK bushing and the LCI. My fears of installation faded quickly after I started the install, it was easy. Now I have a pistol without the silly magazine disconnect feature or the plastic LCI. TK provided a nice product, great communication, speedy shipping and at a fair price. Highly recommended.
