This high quality 304 stainless steel bushing is made for high duty cycle shooting and replaces the Ruger® factory bushing allowing you to safely remove the magazine disconnect from the firearm. There are instructions on the internet showing the use of washers and other parts, but this is unreliable and unsafe! Use an actual part that is designed for the job. This bushing lets the hammer move properly and at the correct speed. You will be pleased with the fit and final result with this bushing. If you know how to clean this gun you can easily remove the disconnect. Removing the disconnect allows the magazines to fall free, allows them to seat properly and does allow the gun to fire with the magazine out for tactical competition and self-defense scenarios. Check to see if your state requires the magazine disconnect installed if the firearm is ever resold.

Not sure why Roger made the clip and trigger modifications since they clearly are not well done. However, this bushing works perfect and now the pistol works as I would expect.

Seems to provide a smoother trigger pull, and for $10 it was worth the upgrade. Tandem Cross is a great company and I tout their service and quality of product to many of my friends and family. I have a Ruger 22/45 Lite and I plan on adding more accessories to my "target shooter" in the future. These items are really great but doing what I want to do will be more like an investment in my target and small game pistol. Thanks TK for your service and assistance!

The single best upgrade you can get for a Mark III. I have a 22/45 lite, super easy install, great instructions form TandemKross with a great step by step video to go along with it. My first time changing any internal part on a gun and was incredibly easy, took all of 10 min. Improves the trigger, take-down and reassembly is immeasurably easier, and magazine goes in and comes out easier. Along with LCI swap, TK has made the 22/45 Lite a perfect handgun, can not thank them enough

No brainer
This is probably the most important upgrade you could do. No, it doesn't do anything to improve accuracy but it will keep you from pulling your hair out.

Should have ordered this part before I bought the gun, tested it on the range today and I had ZERO jams and magazine problems. Install well not as easy as the video makes it look however not an impossible task, definitively worth it.
