    Customer Service

Posted by JP on 10th Dec 2020

The parts are quite well made and performed well. This review however is with regard to Customer Service. In a word, excellent. I'd received the spring parts kit via Optics Planet that somehow contained an incorrect spring. Tandemkross took care of it. The trigger was excellent and broke at 1Lb 8oz average on the Lyman Digital. Then I ran into ejection problems. Tandemkross had several suggestions. One of which was ejector position/alignment. I moved it in the recommended direction several thousandths. Be it precision target or mag dumps onto steel it's been flawless ever since.

    Trigger spring & Detent

Posted by Sean on 6th Jul 2020

After reading the reviews, seeing the videos I like others felt it was worth having a spare, just encase I forgot how that little detent loves to fly across the room. You wont be sorry on having one in your kit.

Original spring and detent would not work together, Called Support and received replacements. Within a short period after receiving the replacement finished the trigger install. Very pleased with the installation. Support was very, very good.

Spring & Detent fixes trigger reset issue

Posted by Adam on 11th Apr 2020

I love my victory trigger because it makes shooting the SW22 feel like clicking a mouse. After some time, a problem developed where the trigger wasn't properly resetting between magazine changes. Turns out I needed to replace the tiny trigger spring. Now everything works perfectly again!

    Spring and detent purchase

Posted by Tim on 15th Feb 2020

Had to order a replacement because the one shipped in kit launched when I was installing. It’s a bit fiddly the first time you try it. TK should ship two springs in the kit so you don’t have to wait with a disassembled firearm if you commit the sin of launching the spring. They have an alternate spring install method video but it does not show the trigger entire install and seems to be out of sequence from the first video.
