Smith & Wesson SW22® Victory™ "Shadow" Mount V2 Installation Instructions
At a glance:
- Mounts sight to the receiver, reducing the overall height
- Reversible for custom optic placement in both forward and rear mounting positions
- Unique sight mount design allows for use with many different optics
Mount a variety of popular optics and sights to your SW22 Victory® with the completely redesigned “Shadow” Mount V2.0! The updated “Shadow” Mount design mounts many optics straight to the S&W® SW22 VICTORY® receiver so they’re closer to the bore axis - no need for a picatinny rail and clamp.
Whether you’re using a Vortex®, Trijicon®, Burris®, Holosun, C-More or other optic, the “Shadow” Mount V2.0 unique screw pattern will mount your sight to your S&W® SW22 VICTORY®. The mount is also reversible with most sights, allowing you to mount your sight closer to the front of your gun or closer to the back.
This mount comes with all necessary hardware - including screws, dowel pins, and gaskets. Please use the compatibility chart below to learn more about use with a variety of optics as well as the hardware needed to mount each sight.

Shadow mount
Installed on my victory pistol with a red dot. Works great! Easy to install. Product seem to be very durable.

Shadow Mount
Great product and even better support from Tandemkross. When my initial optic, a Trijicon 1 MOA SRO turned out to be defective, I accidentally returned the Shadow Mount screws with the faulty optic. Kevin from customer service sent new hardware free of charge immediately. I have “Guccied” 2 S&W Victories with Tandemkross products and made them exceedingly accurate and fun to shoot. Great products, great company!

Easy-peasy, does what I want!
Bought two of these for S&W Victory pistols I'm using for Steel Challenge. VERY happy with how much lower they sit and a bonus is no more visible rail to snag on the sides of the bag. Very happy customer.

Shadow Mount V2/SW Victory22
The mount fits well and "seems" to give a more positive feel than the plastic rail did. My Venom Vortex sits lower and I locate the Red Dot faster too. I'm pleased with it and would recommend it.

Shadow mount
Worked great and corrected my lack of elevation problem with my Votex Venom. Sight now closer to the gun's bore axis.

Shadow Mount
This is an awesome mount. I replaced the Picatinny rail I had just bought with the Shadow mount after 1 trip to the range. It lowers my Holosun red dot to a more natural alignment when pointing. I would buy again if I had a 2nd S&W Victory!!!

Excellent Low Profile Mount
I purchased the Shadow in order to mount a Holosun HS407c red dot sight. The HS407c is not listed as being compatible with the Shadow mount in the Tandemkross literature, but I found that the placement of the screw holes and the screws that came with the mount to fit just fine. It has the same depth and approximate profile of the original SW22 Victory mount for iron sights (about 4 mm) and it provides a lower profile and less weight than a picatinny rail. It is attractive and well made. On the HS407c, the red dot is located about 7 mm closer to the barrel with the Shadow Mount than with the Volquartsen picatinny rail. This may not make much difference in sighting the pistol at 25 yards but it does at longer ranges. I frequently shoot out to 100 yards or more. A picatinny rail is more versatile than the Shadow Mount because it allows a wide range of sights to be added or removed from the pistol more easily. On the other hand, if you are not going to change sights frequently and you want a sight that lines up closer to the barrel for long range shooting then the Shadow Mount may be a better choice.
